Very rude employees, ignoring me and talking over me to other employees, and general nasty demeanor.

I just needed to come on here right away. The wantagh UPS store is amazing. I can't say it enough. Go in there and immediately they say hello and welcome you. most of the time I go in it's with a ton of stuff often it's returns. they make me feel like it's not a bother when I walk in with my confusing mess. they Meet my need above and beyond what ever it is. then wishing me a good day as I leave. read more

Arrive prepared and have patience while waiting on line; You'll be in and out fairly quickly. Everyone that works there is kind. I've been going to this location for many years to ship items, have notaries, and do amazon returns. The only times I've seen the staff be uncomfortable is when customers don't have patience or are extremely rude at the counter. The staff doesn't deserve to be berated by people when they're just doing their jobs and doing them well. read more

not sure if this employee is actually the owner or manager, but she is extremely rude and every time I go, there is yelling at customers. She even has a rule of how you can stay in line. Definitely not the most friendly UPS I've been to. read more

This store is the best . I have been there so many times especially with Christmas and they are crazy busy yet they are efficient and nice . I only really know the one girl idk her name always smiles hair up in a ponytail and the same man usually helps me thin with glasses . Usually amazing service. Don't go in after five unless you want to be met by an inpatient older employee. He huffed while he had to wait for me to pull some thing up because I had multiple returns. When I asked him for a garbage to throw out my box he said they didn't have a garbage can. He got an attitude. Really not very nice. Like I said normally amazing service. read more

I would not recommend this ups store, I came in to ship what ups would consider a special care item. I was interrogated by the young man working at the counter in regards to what I was shipping. I gladly told him even though I didn't have to tell him. Than what seamed to be the manager came over and yelled at me while 10 people were on line behind me. She said I don't have to ship anything I don't want. I thought that was interesting, so I just said I'll go to another ups store, I ended up going to the hub for ups, which they took my package without a problem. They said ups ships these items all the time, and they also informed me that the ups stores do not know what they are doing and the ups hub has better shipping rates. I would appreciate the workers at this ups store be properly informed about what your allowed to ship, read more

I've been enjoying the mail services of this ups store. They are great at receiving and forwarding at request my mail wherever I'm going on the road. The service is easy to use and convenient. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!!! I was assisted by a lady who mentioned she was the notary as well if that helps to determine who gave terrible service here.. so I stood online for about 10 minutes no problem I'm patient. Then the woman asks me how many Amazon returns I had. I said 4. Mind you I forgot I had thrown 2 more into my bag this morning. So after she scans 4 and I'm holding out another item to return, she says loudly and rudely "I thought you said it's only 4" and she scans it hurriedly. Mind you I'm already embarrassed. So then when I pulled the 6th one out she's like "are you sure that's the last one" so loud that everyone could hear. Most other ups stores simply ask "is that all" or "are there any more returns" this lady was a witch to say the least. AVOID THIS STORE. read more

I highly recommend this service spot for anyone that has to ship, fax, mail or do anything that requires expert one on one masterful, kind and always helpful service. They put your mind at ease that your goods will get to where they are going within the time frame they need to get there and they are always on the money! Always come here to pick up or drop off, great service. But I was happily surprised when I came here for a passport picture. It came out perfect, I had gone to walgreen and cvs and they were horrible pictures, so I decided to try one more time before going to a professional...they were so helpful and the picture came out great, I want to thank them for all their good service, will always come here. read more

WOW! Just came back from the UPS Store in Wantagh on Sunrise Hwy. Boy, did they work fast. I was expecting to be in their a while since there were people ahead of me. In and out. My only compliant is that they must have had Chinese food for lunch cause it smelled like it. Now, I want an egg roll. Good Job Guys. read more

This is a fantastic UPS store, everyone who works there is very courteous, helpful and professional. You never have to wait long, it actually LOOKS like a UPS store, and there is a little parking lot on the side, or you can park on Sunrise. It's just before a light, so it's not too bad getting in and out. I come here even though the Merrick one is closer, but I feel more confident going here (and I don't like the way I was treated the last time I went to the Merrick store). I pulled up to this store and parked right in front. I took out a large box and placed it on the sidewalk. Then I went to get my stroller and my 2 children out. At this point a young man, employee of the store, comes out and asks if he can help me carry the box in. I was so thankful! He saw me struggling and came out to help me.....it was much appreciated!! I was able to get all of us and the box into the store with ease thanks to the young man! read more
