Also, used the shipping bag that was sent to me, but it needed a piece of tape. Again, the poor person at the counter had an empty tape dispenser. I ended up paying for what should have been free shipping, and another $2 for a piece of tape. So sad that the USPS is done from a logistics perspective to the likes of UPS and FedEx. My wife told me my expectations are too high. Combined with the fact I only get mail "most days" (not counting Sunday) and most of it junk mail, it's time for this ancient "business" to go away. It's ok folks to move on from the USPS, there are other more convenient, and more friendly services to send physical items.

Earlier, over the summer, we went to their facility in Brentwood to view the various options. These are really nice toilets, complete with lighting, running water, and air conditioning. All the paper products were provided. We opted for a three unit trailer which was delivered perfectly the day before the wedding. The technician hooked everything up and tested everything to be sure all was in working order. They also supplied a whisper generator so I didn't have to use my electricity. I was shown how to use all the systems: generator, interior lights, water hookups (they supplied the hose), trailer lights, doors, steps, A/C, etc. Our guests all commented how great these bathrooms were! The tech came back first thing in the mor the day after the party and carted it all away. Great, Great service. Highly recommended!
