When the nearly $3,000 invoice arrived, I asked for clarification about the charges. In response, I was given only gross figures, with no clear breakdown explaining the specific work performed or how the charges were calculated. Only seven days after issuing the invoice, Lights On sent a hostile email stating that I was late in paying and threatening to immediately add late fees. This response felt unnecessarily aggressive and inappropriate toward a customer who was simply seeking billing clarity. Because of the lack of transparency and the bullying tone of the communication, I will not do business with this company again."

Due to very poor and unprofessional communication, I cannot recommend Storage 2U. I filled out a…read moreform on their website a month ago, and also called on Feb 9th, requesting a reservation for a unit for March 11th. I was told on the phone by the Central Oregon division that yes I could have a unit delivered on March 11th. I did not hear anything further after that. I called again two more times requesting more information and confirming that a unit will be delivered on March 11th. I called on the day of expected delivery, March 11th asking when the unit will arrive and was told perhaps in the next few days. I reminded them that I was told March 11th was confirmed. The person on the phone at that time said no, they did not confirm a date for delivery at all because they never received a rental agreement. I was never informed that I needed a rental agreement to reserve. As a result, I had to search for another company to resolve the mistake made by Storage 2 U, they never admitted their error.

She even put some time in after hours to help get things scheduled. Starlan was also available for any questions that I had about the process. Although I requested two movers, four showed up to help. Galen, Jamie, Dave and Connor were very efficient, super nice and arrived prepared. They made the process so easy for my girl. I can not thank them enough for the kindness they showed to me and my girls throughout this stressful time. Zen Relocation cares about the people, not just the job. These guys are top notch!
