Every time I go into her store I feel like family, and she has personally gone out of her way to make shipping as easy as possible for me. In the past I have gone to the Post Office and had to buy a whole roll of tape, a whole pack of labels, and wait in a ridiculous line to get treated terribly by the Post Office staff. At Postal Connections there is literally tape for everyone to use for free, they print a label every time, and the staff are always extremely helpful. In my opinion the Redmond Postal Connections is a great reflection of the genuine niceness, authenticity, and warm local feel that you expect in Central Oregon. I won't go anywhere else for shipping!! Love you all Postal Connections team!

I said yes I have a QR code and she abruptly said well we're not taping those shut for you we don't do that anymore (rudely) we haven't done that for a year. I said nothing and then I just reached for the boxes and said well I might be back cuz I'm not paying to have these taped shut. ( I always use tape or bring my own but they have always done it without being rude about it before) as I was leaving she made some other rude fb comment so I stopped and said WHAT?? She said ITS NOT A FREE SERVICE MAAYUM and I said ok you don't have to be RUDE and I was just fake smiling at her like she was doing and then she said you have a niioceee day with all the sarcasm. And I said NO YOU and I left. I called after to speak to Tim but he was clearly going to take her side. I wonder how Sue and Pete feel about her rudeness. Also they have a help wanted sign in the window. Good luck with that. My daughter applied there but she has a job that she likes and wouldn't want to work with rude coworkers

They welcome moves to make the line run quickly (setting down prepaid packages for example) and go above and beyond - a young man spent about 10 minutes taking down every large box they had so I could find the perfect fit to ship a saddle without paying a unnecessary penny just a few weeks ago. I never thought I'd put so much thought into a UPS store lol but when you compare it to the train wreck on Century, this store deserves a shoutout.

Like most Portland USPS shipping clerks, the staff was cheerful and friendly to the point of sometimes gabbing with customers while others wait in line and no one seems to mind (this is a rare gift, Oregonians. Read Brukowski's "Post Office" or ask yourself where the slang term "going postal" comes from, if you don't believe how surly and unhappy postal workers are in most other states). However, I've lived in the Creston-Kenilworth neighborhood for over a decade now, and I have to say that it's probably the worst carrier service I've ever had in my entire life. I can't count how many times I've done their job for them, personally delivering mail to neighbors or people I don't know blocks away after it ends up in my box for some unknown reason. It's happened so many times over the years I think I deserve a tax deduction or government stipend check for my efforts (although the check would probably be delivered to the wrong address most likely, so I'd take the deduction if offered, ha ha). I almost don't want to post this in fear of never getting any mail again if someone from that distribution center actually reads this, but if they don't know what's really going on with their carrier service that would be just as bad for everyone in my neighborhood.

The gentleman at the counter told us they were already "closing shop" and that we would need to go somewhere else or come back another day because notarizations take a long time. I understand not wanting to start a lengthy transaction right at closing, but we arrived more than 40 minutes beforehand and only needed one document notarized. If notary services stop well before the posted closing time, that should be clearly communicated to customers. Unfortunately, this did not feel like a good way to handle business or provide customer service.
