Every time I go into her store I feel like family, and she has personally gone out of her way to make shipping as easy as possible for me. In the past I have gone to the Post Office and had to buy a whole roll of tape, a whole pack of labels, and wait in a ridiculous line to get treated terribly by the Post Office staff. At Postal Connections there is literally tape for everyone to use for free, they print a label every time, and the staff are always extremely helpful. In my opinion the Redmond Postal Connections is a great reflection of the genuine niceness, authenticity, and warm local feel that you expect in Central Oregon. I won't go anywhere else for shipping!! Love you all Postal Connections team!

I set two packages down on the counter and she started by saying well whatttaya got here (really loudly). Are you wanting to ship these??? (What tf else would I be doing there) so I said yes they're returns and one is for fedex and one for ups and she started saying oh well do you have something on your phone?? I said yes I have a QR code and she abruptly said well we're not taping those shut for you we don't do that anymore (rudely) we haven't done that for a year. I said nothing and then I just reached for the boxes and said well I might be back cuz I'm not paying to have these taped shut. ( I always use tape or bring my own but they have always done it without being rude about it before) as I was leaving she made some other rude fb comment so I stopped and said WHAT?? She said ITS NOT A FREE SERVICE MAAYUM and I said ok you don't have to be RUDE and I was just fake smiling at her like she was doing and then she said you have a niioceee day with all the sarcasm. And I said NO YOU and I left. I called after to speak to Tim but he was clearly going to take her side. I wonder how Sue and Pete feel about her rudeness. Also they have a help wanted sign in the window. Good luck with that. My daughter applied there but she has a job that she likes and wouldn't want to work with rude coworkers

Laurie runs this place like she owns it and welcomes you and your large packages with a smile! I tried to help as my boxes took a bit of time, but she wouldn't allow it. Customer service at its best. She worked in all the incoming customers and wrapped my art with a smile. Laurie deserves a raise!!! Thanks for a refreshing experience!

The gentleman at the counter told us they were already "closing shop" and that we would need to go somewhere else or come back another day because notarizations take a long time. I understand not wanting to start a lengthy transaction right at closing, but we arrived more than 40 minutes beforehand and only needed one document notarized. If notary services stop well before the posted closing time, that should be clearly communicated to customers. Unfortunately, this did not feel like a good way to handle business or provide customer service.

I was also on a bit of a time crunch, and as soon as I called her, she jumped into action. She literally headed to the courthouse right away to help me get everything I needed. Even though we weren't able to serve the person on the first attempt, Jacki still went above and beyond. She looked up my case, helped me figure out what my options were, and even took my paperwork to the sheriff's office so they could continue attempting service. She absolutely did not have to do that, and it saved me so much time, stress, and another trip. She kept me updated throughout the whole process, answered every question I had, and was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. On top of that, her pricing was more than fair. If you need a process server in Central Oregon, call Jacki. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares as much as she does, and I'm so grateful I found her.

They welcome moves to make the line run quickly (setting down prepaid packages for example) and go above and beyond - a young man spent about 10 minutes taking down every large box they had so I could find the perfect fit to ship a saddle without paying a unnecessary penny just a few weeks ago. I never thought I'd put so much thought into a UPS store lol but when you compare it to the train wreck on Century, this store deserves a shoutout.

I was informed that the email address had changed and I was pointed to the new address. Then I was informed that it costs $2 to print a shipping label. I asked what a regular copy costs. "$.50" Look, this is their place, if they want to charge $100 to print a tax form that is their prerogative, but looking at what I want to print then deciding what to charge disgusts me. I hope charging 4x is worth it to the (possibly new) owners since they have lost all of my goodwill.
