    Employees are rude and don't want to process shipments out. Employees need retraining on providing customer service.

    A large woman that works at the post office with the Clerk ID Number 05 is very unprofessional,…read morerude and aggressive. She is extremely unprofessional and has extremely poor customer service skills. I do not believe she holds the skillset to be a lead clerk operating a post office alone. She kicked me and several other guests out of the store at 12:25 pm today. She was in the middle of a transaction with me when she got up proceeded to kick me and all guests out of the store. One of my packages was in the process to be shipped. I had to open the Mail Drop door at the clerk desk to retrieve my package and collect the rest of my packages to leave the post office. She was irrational and irate and even yelled at me. At 12:20 I walked into the store. A male was shipping off a package. We were the only two guests in the store. When he left. I finished packaging several packages to be shipped. I waited a moment and walked to the clerk desk. When I got to the front she said "next time don't come to the desk until I call you." I assumed that meant she was not ready to service me. So I stepped back to the front of the customer line even tho I was the only guest in store. When I went back to the front of the line she said "You can come now. What do you need? ." I got to the desk and said " I have a few packages to ship off." The clerk asked me to put all my boxes in the delivery drop off door. I told her that I would prefer to do that transactions one at a time to avoid getting packages delivered to the incorrect location. Considering the boxes were identical and this mistake has happened in the past I urged to her that that was not my preferential way of getting the packages shipped and told her that I would prefer to ship them separately. I literally had to beg her to do her job. The 1st QR code was scanned and I got the receipt for the 1st box. I put the second box in the drop off door and she continues to aggressively urge me to put all of my boxes in the drop off box. I declined the offer and she stated that it takes too long to do the transactions one at a time. I was still the only guest in the post office. I tell the clerk that I am on my lunch break and I don't want to go back in forth with her. I even stated " I'm literally begging you to let us do this transaction separately so the boxes don't get mixed up. " I even asked her if there was a manger or someone else that could help me since she didn't not want to ship my packages. She said " no it's a manger at another post office you can go to." She was on some strange power trip. While having this discussion more guest came into the post office. She grew angry got up and started yelling and proceeded to kick me and everyone else out the store. I had to start recording the incident while I grabbed my boxes to leave. I informed the clerk that I was recording her and that I would follow up with filing an incident report to start a formal investigation with the postal service. While I sat in the car the woman continued to fuss at other guests outside of the post office telling them that the post office was closed for the rest of the day even though she put a sign on the door that stated " out for lunch" I believe she only said this to other guests because she did not want me to continue waiting for the postal workers to get off lunch so that I could continue shipping my packages. While I waited a post office delivery man came to drop off packages. She opened the door for him and walked around the plaza to go shopping for lunch. On her "lunch break" she even took the time to record me in the car while I was on the phone with the post office documenting the occurrence to initiate a formal investigation. She even yelled at me from outside the post office while I was on the phone with customer services. This incident is highly alarming. The woman was very aggressive, rude and unprofessional and does not have the skillset to service the public. The woman was so crazy that when I was leaving the post office she slammed the door and said "girl bye". On her " lunch " she took the time to do all of this I assume to intimidate me. It was all totally unacceptable inexcusable behavior. Usps needs to have better discernment when hiring postal workers.

    Came in today missing my appointment time thinking it was at 11:45 but was an hour before I asked…read moreif it was still possible to come in even though that my appointment wasn't showing on their system from the hour before and the nice young lady wasn't able to catch her name. Let me do a walk-in wasn't a long wait. It really helped a lot as I was a first time for passport. Apart from that, the older lady took her care of everything easily and they both explained it all very well. The service was really amazing. And the value of their work was good.

Meanwhile there is 3 customers in line and 2 employees at the counter tending to customers. I got off work early just to get there to send off a certified check that required a dated post mark and priority tracking. Nothing difficult, typically a 2-3 minute transaction and move on. So I went down the street to UPS store and had to pay a premium. Look, I'm not outta bounds here when I remind people that USPS isn't some independent retailer in our communities providing shipping services. They are a GOVERNMENT agency that should follow the basic rules of morals and ethics. At a minimum provide a "SERVICE" within there hours of operation!!! Is that too much to ask for? BTW i was only one of a half dozen customers being turned away and most of them let them know they were not thrilled about it!!! Shame on the mid 40's looking gentleman who identified himself as the supervisor for being disrespectful to those elderly women who were refused service that afternoon.

This inside job should be exposed, fullly-investigated and under public scrutiny. My "SENSITIVE" mail got moved swiftly (within 3 minutes) from 90058 to 90045 and arrived 90045 within 3 hours. 90045 (Westchester, near LAX) is an international mail center. It has NOTHING to do with domestic Priority Express. 90052 (Los Angeles) is the correct mail hub for processing domestic mail--so why was it bypassed? Previously, I've received all my mail (including checks) from the same sender without issues, the most recent check received was Feb 2025--but the moment a cashier's check was sent, it mysteriously vanished after passing through USPS 90045. USPS Tracking #ER183435080US confirms it was in transit. USPS Informed Delivery showed it was scheduled for March 5, 2025 (this was an overnight package sent on the 4th of March). Delivery NEVER happened and being "INTERCEPT" at 90045 since March 4th 2025. WHY was this package rerouted to USPS 90045 Westchester location? This was mailed March 4th from USPS 90058 and scheduled for delivery March 5th, per my USPS Daily Digest. Instead of taking the direct route (90058 -- 90052 -- 91755), USPS bypassed 90052 (DTLA location) entirely and diverted it 90045 (Westchester near LAX). 90045 has NO reason to be in this route! There was NO REASON for it to be in 90045--especially for an expedited delivery. "USPS 90045 is geographically OUT of the way from the sender (90058) to the recipient (91755). Why did my cashier's check (overnight delivery) get routed to Westchester (near LAX) & mysteriously vanish? This post office has a history of sensitive documents going missing. Even worse, 90045 is notoriously known for mail theft-HUB and handling "sensitive" packages incompetently (just check their 1-star Google reviews). 90045's 5-star reviews smell FAKE, masking theft. #USPSFraud. WHO decided to reroute this package to 90045 and WHY? Investigation and accountability is long over due. I have filed complaint to: - USPS - FTC - USPS OIG - OIG (Office of Inspector General) - X post - Yelp review - Google review This isn't just a delay--this looks like mail theft or interception. The USPS facility at ZIP 90045 is NOTORIOUSLY incompetent. A quick search reveals numerous 1-star reviews on Google detailing how this location repeatedly mishandles "sensitive" packages and important documents.
