This is the VERY worst poorly run post office in the city of LA! They're all treated like…read moredecomposing facilities with never any upgrades but this one always has only 1.5 employees working the windows and no matter what time of day the line is 15 people deep. I've had my PO Box here for 30+ years! There has NEVER been a self-serve kiosk available here which could significantly reduce the line. No dedicated PO Box staff which could help the line if they did. Consistently poor service for more than 25 years! Start all over!!

This location stays busy, which to me is a good sign, and every time I have come in they have treated me well. The only reason I am giving this visit 4 stars instead of 5 is the shipping cost. To send a box of basketballs was going to be around 200 dollars, and I just could not justify that. That is not really their fault, more the cost of shipping, but in the end I decided not to send it and ended up carrying it on the plane with me. Service and friendliness here are very good, and it is a solid place to go when you need shipping help. I am giving this UPS Store 4 stars.
