I stopped going here, despite its convenient location. You can tell, by the way the clerks' attitudes are towards you, that they clock into work already irritated, like they are fed up with everybody's bullshit, and they take it out on the customers. A lot of the negative reviews here prove my point. I occasionally sell on Depop, and I prefer using QR codes to have labels printed for me when I don't feel like printing, but based on past interactions with the clerks, they do not scan packages or print receipts, so I won't even bother asking for labels to be printed out of fear of being yelled at (and I assume that the clerks probably have had multiple people ask them to print labels before). I will no longer go to a Post Office that doesn't have a Rapid Scan or Self-Service Kiosk, unless it is located in a nicer neighborhood with friendlier clerks. On top of that, the lobby never has any shipping boxes or packaging supplies, only very few Priority Mail boxes. read more

I do not trust leaving my packages there because the clerks do not care what happens to them since they leave many packages there with easy access or being stolen and take forever to collect them into a safer area where they are not at risk of being stolen. The clerks are always so rude. Never greet you when you go up to the window. Once you go up to the window you are immediately greeted with an attitude and a stare that tries to be intimidating. I have been answered rudely when asking a simple question since I just started sending stuff out. I have came here several times but stopped coming here even though it's walking distance due to how rude they are. I used to have to come in with a mindset that they are going to be rude and give attitude. They know they cannot be fired and can get away with anything, including being extremely rude to EVERYONE for no reason. The black girl name Sandra that was working today (9/25/2020) was abusive and scary. Yelling at customers and refusing to do her job. She's so unprofessional and irresponsible of her duty. I was helped by the Mexican girl, she was also unhappy but she was much better than the girl with the badge name "Sandra". Sandra was just disrespectful, listening to music and talking on the phone rather than helping people. My question is, does USPS give 2-3 weeks of shadow training to their employees? She was just ratchet and ghetto. She doesn't seem like she had any training whatsoever. She thinks she's at home. I would never come back to USPS. I'm a local and I've been coming here for a couple of years to purchase stamps or pay shipping cost. Let me break down the BAD and the GOOD for those who decide to pay a visit. BAD: To start off...I've been to many USPS facilities but this one has to be the worst in appearance. I haven't received bad customer service (bad attitude) yet but I have seen bad service given to others. Also, this location never has any shipping supplies. When you ask they usually say they only thing available is whatever is out there, which is ABSURD because there's never anything out there to begin with! It seems like they don't clean or stock the place up on a daily basis. To put into perspective I was the last customer and the first the following day... nothing had changed... FML. It shouldn't take much to do a quick clean or stock up since it's a relatively small location! The last thing that bothered me about this place is how they handle PRE PAID packages.... they don't. I left my package on Tuesday morning and it didn't get processed until FUCKING FRIDAY! My best guess is that they take out the packages when the drop off gets full. This is really bad if you are a seller (me), because it delays your delivery time significantly! This leads me to believe that employees don't take initiative in doing the right thing. Unpleasant!... literally felt as if they either lost or hidden personal mail I've had put a 'Hold' from certain dates no more than 7days. Till this day I'm still expecting a check of about 1K!.. might be because of how I've noticed their unpreparedness which rises these type of concerns or doubts. I walked in to drop off two small packages. I waited in line to make sure the worker gets my packages as I dont trust how they let the drop off box pile up and anyone can just walk in and take a package or PACKAGES! Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Katrina was so unprofessional. She has such a horrible attitude toward the customer. She gave me a number to call to get a master lock installed on an apartment mailbox I replaced and when I called the number it was disconnected. When I went back and told her she gave me attitude and said that was the number and there was nothing else she could do. Not until I pressed her more that she asked her Co worker and gave me two other numbers. I was finally able to talk to right person to make an appointment.
