This is debilitating for a small business that gets dinged on late shipping. If a buyer cancels a purchase after I've dropped it off, there is literally nothing I can do. Especially since the platform I use automatically cancels after 4 days. Also, this location could benefit from a self-service kiosk or a large parcel Dropbox for packages.
