Went here to drop off a package. Accidentally turned into an area that was apparently for authorized vehicles only and quickly realized my mistake and turned around. An employee aggressively chased after my car and proceeded to yell at me for entering an area that says "do not enter." She was extremely rude for an honest mistake and it was completely uncalled for read more

This location is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; however, if you want to be helped out by a teller to send mail, you will need to be here before 5 p.m. This is kind of misleading and you will not know unless you are there to see the hours of operation on the doors. read more

Visited this location today with a package to mail. I had an appointment cancel and an hour before my next one, so I thought I could mark one chore off my to do list. I saw many mail trucks, but not a front door. Is this a location where I can mail my package? I drove around the building and never found the front door. I drove away with my package still in my front seat. If this is an active location, please put up some signage so we know where to enter. read more

I've done most of business and shipments at this location. It's between work and home and centrally located for my daily activities. I visit at different times of the day and get to meet a variety of people and employees. The parking lot is small, but there's additional parking in the plaza. read more

I downloaded yelp JUST TO WRITE THIS REVIEW. Unfortunately I can not leave negative stars or contact anyone to report this situation. First of all, I understand I was running in at the last second so I did expect some annoyance and attitude. I sure wasn't prepared for the attitude I was about to be given. After getting glared down by the woman behind one of the desks (I glanced at her 3 different times and she was still staring) I had said the guy sitting down at the desk next to him that I had my mail on hold and he quickly responded "and..?" So I told them my mail was on hold and that I came to pick my mail up and extend the hold. The third man said "so what is the point of extending a hold of you're here to pick it up, what is the reason behind that?" And I told him that I had a pipe burst in my apartment and was staying in a hotel and would have a new address next week. He wouldn't let me get my ID from my car to pick my mail up because it was 5:01 and wouldn't accept a picture of my ID. He said I wouldn't be allowed back inside once I left. I asked him if my mail would be sent back to sender and he refused to leave a note on my file and said that he couldn't promise that it wouldn't be. I am APPALLED at how these "adults" were given jobs in customer service with such sour attitudes. I'm sorry that your days (collectively) were awful but don't take it out on me. You're supposed to represent the USPS? What a JOKE. read more

I like the group of clerks here now. They are all very nice but the management is for the birds, except for one well dressed thinner guy who is very pleasant. They all seem to be miserable individuals who hate their job! They come up front every few minutes and bark out "is anybody here to pick up or drop off anything that doesn't have to do with money" if it were not for the clerks I would rate this place 1 star! read more

Okay folks get this... I arrived at the Creative Drive location. I like the 4 or 5 ahead of me patiently waiting for our turn, in amazement we see out of the 2 customer service asswipes noticed that the line was steadily increasing and again to our amazement out of the 2 people one CHECKS OUT OF HER DRAWER. Never not once SAY.....y'all will be helped shortly or kiss my ass or ANYTHING! She damn near ran out of the front service desk and Low and Behold, we are now faced with a MAJOR AND I DO MEAN MAJOR Mr. Charles oops I meant Mr. Attitude is serving the people in front of me and then my turn comes. Now, I really would love to know how I become his nemesis for the day!!! I roll up to the desk explaining that I needed an estimate for the box in my hand. He asked me if I was going to be mailing the box and I explained that depends on the price. Well he got all jointed out and said "look there is a line and I needed to basically make up my mind!!!" WOWZY WOW WOW! Did "I myself just not stand in line?" Waiting patiently for My turn? I said look I stood in line just like everyone else and now the folks behind me can wait for their turn Just as I did! I'm really not happy with the lack of service at this post office. I've been in here multiple times for change of address forms and they are out!!!! I asked when they were expecting them and all I get is they've been ordered and that I'll need to do it on line if I'm in that big of a rush. Very monotoned and uninterested!!!! There was a form at the post office how to do it on line. Well I tried that and boy did I get into a mess. It was NOT THE POSTAL SERVICE and that charged me a HUGE FEE!!!!! I had some idiot from this post office send two packages from two different vendors back today because, according to them there was no such address. Except ALL the documentation on both shipments from two different companies has my correct address. The idiots at Liberty Road Post Office would find a way to damage an anvil with a nerf hammer. Good grief -- they can't even keep track of a mailing with a tracking number. I lost an important document thanks to their bumbling. Starting salary at $72000+ per year -- you would think that would be enough for employees to want to pay attention and do quality work. Use the parcel carriers whenever you can -- they're more reliable. read more

This is not the post office in my neighborhood where I usually go, so this was my first experience with this particular location. I had a bundle of shipping envelopes with pre-paid labels just needing to be mailed. I arrived at this post office two minutes after their interior office closed with the intention of depositing my packages in the drop location. The drop had a sign on it saying it was out of service, and even though my pre-paid packages would have fit through the mail slot, there was a note on it saying "letters only". there were two employees still at their stations, and I lightly knocked on the glass and asked if there was an alternative location to deposit my things. They both looked right at me, and then ignored me and started speaking and laughing extra loud to drown me out. I would avoid this location unless you enjoy being treated in this manner. Obviously, whom ever manages this location needs to address a serious lack of training in customer service. read more

I'm new to this area and miss my little country post office and knowing my postmaster by name. However, I have been to this location and have been assisted by two different people. The first I had to send a certified letter, but the clerk knew the address had changed and it would have taken a week for my letter to get to the proper place. She set it aside to get to them when the man arrived to pick up his P.O. mail. The second time I needed to mail three packages, one over seas and two to another state. One package would have cost over $40. He helped me put it in another package to lower the cost to about $7.(rounded up) I like the country mentality. This office is completely inept at anything remotely to do with mail. 3x a week I get somebody else's mail, I have been waiting 4 1//2 months for a Christmas present they delivered to a college bookstore across town. Talked to 3 supervisors who are all equally inept as the delivery people they supervise. I will drive my mail to another post office across town to have it handled. The company I ordered from has graciously sent me a replacement order FREE OF CHARGE without filing a claim, as is their normal routine to avoid dealing with the post offices. American businesses are sacrificing profits because they don't want to deal with the BS of your local post offices. read more

It was a Saturday morning when I came for the first time and I walked right up to the counter, no line. I'll be coming back to this location again for sure. This Post Office has a self-service kiosk which can print you off stamps, postage and weighs your packages. You can bypass the counter for most all your needs. read more

This is the best Post Office I can think of in Lexington if you need personal assistance or have to physically mail a package or something else in person. The employees I have dealt with there are pretty down to earth, and will often try to save me money if they see something I have overlooked. (Much improved since the days when that old guy in the middle cash register was there!) I can honestly say that if you have to go to the Post Office, this is my favorite in Lexington.
