I received a notifacation today and there is no package in my mailbox. I am assuming that this medication that I need. There is no way to get in touch with someone so thry can contact the carrier and have him return and check the other mailboxes in the rediclous group boxes and get my medication. you cannot even leave them messsage to call you back. This "service" from this USPS station has cost me money and time to try and reorder items that were one of kind gifts or reorder my medications. The only respnce from the clown they call the stsion manager is O-well!! In a sane society, these incompitent people would be umemployed!!!!! I gave this location a 1 only because I couldn't I can't give anything lower!!!!!

I have come here with complaints about my mail delivery and they were very professional and kind, addressing the problems sincerely and telling me how to take the next steps. I always come here to mail my international letters and packages. The line moves quickly and they are open later than some of the surrounding offices. Sign on the window states the lobby is open until 6pm, but the staffed help desk closes at 5pm.

Worker states that he can not print a shipping label that I already have and wanted me to purchase different shipping since he can't print it. (Went to the library next door and printed for 10 cents..) If my customer had not have pre chosen the shipping carrier I would not deal with this usps. Worker did proceed to be appropriate for the elderly lady after me though so I guess that is the positive. Wish he could have been appropriate with healthcare workers :/
