I booked a load for $3,300 from Cleveland, OH, with a partial delivery in Nashville, TN, and final delivery in Florida. I made it very clear that I was trying to get to Florida in time for my daughter's birthday, and Colin assured me that everything would go smoothly. At pickup, the shipper clearly showed me which part of the load was to be dropped off in Nashville, and which was for Florida. The trailer was loaded accordingly, with the Florida portion in front and the Nashville delivery in the rear. When I arrived in Nashville -- nobody was waiting for me as promised. I had to stay overnight and finally got unloaded the next morning, which already set me back. 300 miles into my drive from Nashville to Florida, Colin called and told me that the receiver in Nashville had mistakenly taken the wrong freight -- specifically, a box that should've gone to Florida. He asked me to drive back 300 miles to fix their mistake. Obviously, I declined. Two months later, they just withheld $1,100 from the agreed rate -- blaming me for something completely out of my control. The loading, unloading, and miscommunication were all on their side, yet I'm the one who was penalized. This is unethical, dishonest, and disrespectful to any carrier trying to run a professional business. I do not recommend working with Longship or Colin Dwenger. You've been warned.

I have also had a UPS box for several years and attempted to have one at this store in the past and had the same kind of experience. I'm not sure what's going on in this place but I have to think it's management when so many of the employees seem so incredibly unhappy and are therefore terribly rude. I am literally driving all across town to go to a different location because I just can't deal with these folks. When one of the primary elements of this type of business is service, if not THE primary element, it kind of sucks when the service is so dismal.

Alana was really kind and helpful. I had a box to drop off and I had a letter that I needed to send. I wasn't sure what to do for the letter and she gave me immediate guidance on what to do. The store was really clean and organized; and I loved that they had a hand sanitizing station with available masks right by the front door. All COVID restrictions were followed to the letter. Will definitely be back to this location again and again.

It was the first sunny, slightly warm day after Christmas and they were getting slammed. In line there were customers sending packages all over the place with special requests ( wrapping, etc). Nancy? greeted everyone when they came in the door and asked if they just had a drop-off and eliminated confusion. They were busy, but when you see they are working competently and trying to save everyone some headaches and $ the line wasn't a concern. The line moved more quickly than I expected. I'm quick to get irritated when I feel like I'm cattle and wasting my time. Today they handled us with care, stayed open after closing and earned the repeat business. This might sound like a cheesy plug, but it amplifies my experience above. Stan and his team have been helping me quite a bit on shipping strategy. How to ship for the lowest cost within certain shipping radius based on size and weight. We've saved and learned plenty. It eliminates that concern about 'did I just spend $60 to ship something that might have cost me $20 if I knew the sizes and shipping options between carriers'. The staff at the Landsdowne location works the line with professionalism and personality. Lots of regular customers who know the routine, but lot's of patience and wisdom for people shipping random sizes and weights.
