I had been running around all day, and because I wanted to include a card in the package I hadn't taped it up. A woman I had never seen before (short with short reddish hair) saw me using the Scotch tape (the only thing available.). She snottily said "that won't hold up" and when I asked her for a small piece of packing tape, (literally all I needed was 4 inches),she refused and offered to sell me some. I walked out. There are plenty of postal service locations around that wouldn't think of treating a customer that way, especially one who had given them so much business. Not kind. I could understand if I made a habit out of doing this, but that is not the case and I have taken hundreds of packages there. P.S. I took my little package to another location nearby where they were happy to tape it securely for me-no charge....
