"no access to delivery location ". not true. i was home. driveway was clear, they never will deliver to my door. always come up with some kind of excuse. One day I was standing in driveway waiting for my delivery. Never even looked at me just put mail in box and note in box and drove away saying I was not home. Had to chase them down to get my very valuable delivery. I pay extra for this service. How does this keep happening. even other local PO s can't believe the carriers haven't been fired. read more

Delivery attempts are lies. Too lazy to drive down a driveway then don't redeliver. Lost packages. Mail all the way across town. Rude postal workers that can't even manage a hello and smell of cigarette smoke. Sometimes the worker waits to finish his cigarette in perfect line of sight of people at the counter. I have only good things to say about the Rowley post office, it's 6:30 pm and Christine just left my home after going out of her way to locate a piece of mail that was dropped in the box to early, (my mistake), this is not the first time she has done a deed on her own time, she and the rest of the gang on main st. deserve a pat on the back and i'm giving it to them, thanks a million. read more

Always rude. Usually closed during lunch. Never get my packages mailed to my house...I always have to drive down and deal with these unwelcoming people. I dread going here. I'd rather go to Georgetown the next town over when I can. They are at least usually open. read more

If I could give this post office a 0 I would. Never leave packages at the door even oversized. Package can sit overnight at the mail drop off station.. had a package stolen last year and now it's Christmas time. Why can they not do their job the correct way. I was told if a package does not fit inside the box it should be dropped at the house. This is why us postal should be privatized!!! read more

The Postmaster was very rude about my complaint basically blowing me off. Telling me that the postal worker I was complaining about coming down my street wasn't speeding down my street. The excuse the engines in the vehicles rev loud and it may seem that they are speeding but actually aren't. Another thing saying that the postal worker wasn't being rude about anything that she knows him. So there is no way he was rude. Also that the postal worker was in fear for his life over a garden hose that was spraying our freshly planted lawn. If I could give zero stars on how they handled my issue I would. read more

One star is one too many. Employees are rude and clueless. It took 3 of them to help a lady in front of me decide what stamps she wanted. WTF are you kidding me. Went to mail a box today, the line was out the door and only 1 person ringing the register. It's Christmas folks - get more help! I avoid this place at all costs. read more

This is a small town post office with only two counter positions. Never had a problem with the service in the 20+ years I've lived here. Always found the people manning the counter to be polite. Being closed for lunch is somewhat annoying, but then again my doctor's office does the same thing. Sometimes they have only one person manning the counter and decline to process passport applications. Bear in mind a "line out the door" at this post office consists of any line greater than 3 people. Never had a problem with packages being delivered to the house. Just not a whole lot to complain about. read more
