The staff is extremely rude and worst , they conduct themselves in the most unprofessional , careless and reckless manner. They receive packages sent to customers on time , yet they cause delays because of their careless behavior and incompetence. A package which was received by them on time was rerouted to a different city despite my going there to inquire while the package was still there. I'd respectfully request that you look at some Google reviews , the lowest rating possible is the most common review. read more

The woman Lisa at this post office is insanely rude. The other woman was very pleasant but I didn't catch her name. I'm just baffled as to what I even said or did to have such a snarky attitude from Lisa. It was awkward. Horrible manager. She hates her job and the public that pays here salary. She enjoys messing with people. I don't go there often but every-time I do and get her I can expect to be treated horribly. One time I went in there and while waiting in line, a man was getting items from the shelf that were for sale to package an item. While doing so, ink leaked out of the package and all over his hands. He went to the counter and asked, you guessed it, the manager who stated they do not have any paper towels to give out to the public. What? How rude. I ran out to my vehicle and got some wet wipes and gave it to the gentleman. Of course when I got to the counter, the manager served me, it you would call it that, and to no surprise she "couldn't find my package". People like her should retire. read more

It depends on who you get to help you. Some are super nice and some not so much. I stood in line for 20 min to get my package. I've been a resident for 26 yrs. The lady refused to give me my package because I didn't have my pink slip or ID. even knowing my residency & address. ‍ My husband ran right back down for me because I was frustrated, got a different lady and didn't have a problem at all nor was he asked any info even without the pink slip. It's SUPER frustrating when common decency is undermined by bureaucratic rules people don't know how to reason without. read more

The employees at the Hurricane post office have been very kind to me most of the time. Everyone has tough days and it's hard to always be "on". I've seen customers that are being down right rude, so it goes both ways. read more

I often am scared of using USPS, because I always hear stories of unreliability on the service. I was about to confirm this fear and suspicion when I have received assistance from the team here in Hurricane. I had two packages missing, which I was able to detect that it was probably delivered to the wrong mailbox in our community lockbox, since the day and time for both parcels that were missing, marched. The supervisor and manager at this particular office, took the matter into her own hands and kindly came by, on a Saturday after closing the branch to hand deliver it for me after checking the mailboxes and making her way to my address I had provided. I would like to thank you and your team for solving this matter quickly and in community, without making me go through claims or through an automated service that would have taken months to return with any result. Most people forget that their neighbors "pain" is their own. And when we make their problems ours, we suffer. It's not the case. You truly shown your humanity and sense of community, with what you had in hand. It may see a small gesture for a small cause - two pieces of mail after all. But it's when we win the small ones, the big wins come. When we care for each other in community like this, we don't have to feel like we can't make a difference. You can. Small gestures like this, can change someone's perspective of the world. They made my day. They made my whole week actually. And I will not forget this for a lifetime and pay it forward. One of the single worst post offices in America. Packages just randomly dissappear from this location, worse yet, you can track the package day of delivery, see that it's on the truck and "out for delivery", wait all day and right before they close it will appear as "returned to sender" but it's never ever received by the sender. This is fraud plain and simple, a federal crime. It's pretty obvious that the package went home with whomever is supposed to deliver it. Absolutely NO repercussions. There needs to be a federal investigation of the Hurricane, Ut post office. DO NOT entrust them with anything of value as the chance is very high it will not make it to you or to its destination. Choose a different shipping option as it's very clear some highly illegal (on a federal level) activity is happening here. read more

Bah Hum Bug! We put a wax "Merry Christmas" sticker on the back of our Christmas Cards that we mailed and put an "Forever" Stamp on each for mailing. Two days later all 20 Christmas Cards we sent were returned for an addition $.21 cents each. So my husband took them back to the Pist Office and asked why. They said they can't go thru their machine and have to be processed my hand each one. Therefore the extra postage. Bah Hum Bug - Scrooges they are. We find it hard to believe that they have to be processed by hand. And if so, they finally have to work instead having a machine work for them. It's obvious they were Christmas Cards, I wonder what they would had done if one was addressed to them....... probably returned that one too. I just might put that to the test. They are Scrooges. On other normal days - two weeks ago they said they delivered a package to our house while we were out of town. Our neighbor went to get it and the package wasn't there. So I called and oh well that's what it says, it should be st your house, not your mailbox.. We get home to find they were in our mail box. They can't even mark the right box. After all, we thought someone stole it. read more

I would NEVER take my mail to the Hurricane Post Office! They "LOST" over 150 of my WEDDING ANNOUCMENTS. When I called to see what could have happened to them they claimed that all of their mail goes to Provo and that they did not have the box with them in it. After calling 4 different departments in Provo and verifying with each one, we discovered that the person who sorts the mail in Provo has not even seen mail that looks like the description of our announcements. So!!! Either Hurricane lost them in their office or threw them away! No one in this office has said sorry, or offered to find them. It would be one thing if it were one or two letters, but when you lose someone's wedding announcements it becomes a whole other issue. I should not pay for invitations that were never sent. There is a reason post office's will not last, not only are they not reliable with hand delivered mail, but at least online allows me to make sure it was delivered. There are 4 people that work at this location and NONE of them know what happened to these. Not impressed and will not send mail through here ever again. read more
