They receive packages sent to customers on time , yet they cause delays because of their careless behavior and incompetence. A package which was received by them on time was rerouted to a different city despite my going there to inquire while the package was still there. On Monday January 31st 2022 he went into an uncontrollable shaking state that just started like someone flipped a switch. He has a lot of underlying issues, COPD, CHF, Oxygen 24/7, neuropathy and obesity. After tending to him for about 10 minutes and he seemed to not respond well, said he was cold and had a little headache we pushed our emergency response system button that called local responders for us. It took about 10 min. to get to our house in Toquerville. 2 separate vehicles responded which is good because it takes a couple people to move him around. There were 3 male and 1 female responder. They were so kind and AMAZING when working with all of us. It was a challenge to move him, get him up from the recliner, turn him to sit in the chair that would wheel him to the stretcher. They got him on O2 immediately. They were just a wonderful team. They saved his life. He had gone septic from a long term wound he has. Had this process taken 2 more hours he would have died. They were totally calm, professional and kind. We cannot thank them enough. Kudos to that team!

Someone had taken the phone off the hook . All I wanted to do was let them know a package had been delivered to my home that should have been delivered up the street. I would have taken it up but I'm in a wheel chair and it's up hill from my place. Thank you staff in the post office, you'd get along great working at the hog farm.

Always same guy here staffing the place. He's pretty friendly and knows what's going on in the area. Never seen more than one other person here when I stop in. Does all the big places do, but with small town feeling and charm. Right on Main Street Toquerville.
