5/5 ShipNYC…read moreabsolutely crushed it for me. I needed a couple of custom 3D-printed camera parts, and not only did they nail the design, the parts came out perfect--tight tolerances, clean finish, and they fit my gear like factory originals. What really stood out, though, was the way they treated me. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind, super patient, and clearly knew their stuff. They made sure I got exactly what I needed, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. On top of that, their pricing was refreshingly reasonable--way more budget-friendly than I expected for custom work. If you need 3D printing done right, and you want to deal with people who are both talented and actually pleasant to work with, ShipNYC is the move. Highly recommended.

I bought a product online and the shipper used UPS. Tracking said it was delayed three days due to…read morea truck issue and then it arrived at the Uniondale facility where it was loaded on a truck for delivery. It did not arrive in the delivery window of 2pm to 6pm then it was updated to arrive by 7pm and when it didn't arrive by then it was updated to arrive by 9pm. At around 8pm tracking said "the receiving company was closed" and would be delivered the next day in the same timeframe. First of all, I am not a "company" and I was home at 8pm and video cameras show no UPS delivery was attempted within hours before and after 8pm. I waited for the package the next day again without it being delivered. The third day I called the main UPS number and a representative said he would investigate. A few hours later he called back and said they consider the item "lost" and the seller should file a claim. I don't see how a package gets lost AFTER it was loaded on a truck and I think more likely it was stolen. I believe the shipper used the product carton which made the contents visible to every person at UPS who handled it and perhaps someone especially a temporary worker might have taken it knowing the contents of the package. The story doesn't end there. The same day that UPS told me the package was lost, my phone got numerous texts purporting to be from UPS about rescheduling a delivery. It didn't come from a UPS phone number and the URL looked possibly bogus but I clicked on it to find where it linked to. A UPS tracking number showed up which was different than my tracking number and I looked it up on their system. It was valid tracking number for an item that was delivered months ago to and from different states than my package. At that point I blocked future texts from that phone number. Scam texts are not rare but the timing was too coincidental that these scam UPS texts came within hours of a real lost package from UPS. I think it is possible the scam texts originated from someone working at UPS who may have taken the package and tried to run an additional scam. I can't prove it but what are the odds that the first scam texts I ever got pretending to be from UPS came at the same time UPS said the package was lost? From what I read on the internet, UPS hires temp workers on short notice to do things like handle packages and load trucks. I think that is how my package disappeared.

This Fed Ex store is a full service store for mail and alternative shipping methods. I usually bring my completed packages there for them to send. Especially when we get a pre-printed label. They are always attentive to what I am doing and and happy to tell me if there is a better or less expensive way to proceed. The key word here is that they are helpful and that is what this business is all about. I like this establishment and hope that more people would use some of their many services. This review is about FedEx as a WHOLE. Every single time I…read morehave items shipped with fedex, these idiots screw up! These drivers get paid $20/hour and can't even read my address properly. They deliver my packages to the WRONG address EACH AND EVERY TIME! I'm pissed off because this happens EACH AND EVERY TIME a company uses fedex and they deliver to me! They ALWAYS deliver to the wrong address! The FedEx automated system is a piece of junk. They literally tell you, "if you do not receive your package by 8pm please give us a call in the morning" NO! I should NOT have to wait another whole day to receive my packages because your drivers are MORONS and don't know the difference between a 29 and a 9 on an address! When you finally get in touch with customer service and are able to speak with an actual person, they tell you that they can NOT call the drivers directly to tell them what the problem is. But they will "Investigate" the problem. They ask for your address, the color of your house, whether it's 1 or 2 stories, they ask for your phone number and email address. When you give them ALL that info they PROMISE they will call you, text you or email you back with the results of your misplaced packages. Again I should NOT have to wait an entire extra day to receive my packages! It should be taken care of the SAME DAY! FedEx needs to get with the program! FedEx NEEDS to be able to get in touch with their drivers ASAP in event of a problem! Not a day later. This is unacceptable! I have a few hundred dollars of goods SITTING in front of someone else's house right now! UNACCEPTABLE FEDEX!!!! My packages said it was delivered at 114pm exactly, I checked tracking and saw they were delivered around 230pm, called and actually got in touch with someone at fedex around 3pm. You people had MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME to correct this situation! You had FIVE HOURS to remedy this situation and get your ass BACK HERE to pick up my packages from another address and deliver them to the proper one. But you FAILED. Now because of you idiots, my packages will be sitting outside ALL DAY in front of my home tomorrow in the hot sun until someone comes home. You people better hope NOTHING is damaged! The box better not be opened or destroyed. My goods better not be damaged. As a customer: I should NOT have to walk down the block to pick up my packages from the wrong address because you idiots delivered it there. The people who live at the WRONG address should NOT have to deliver my packages for you because you screwed up! I'm just so sick and tired of the incompetence of this company. Hire drivers that KNOW HOW TO READ an address PROPERLY! Sincerely, 29 (TWENTY-NINE) NOT 9 (nine)
