5/5 ShipNYC…read moreabsolutely crushed it for me. I needed a couple of custom 3D-printed camera parts, and not only did they nail the design, the parts came out perfect--tight tolerances, clean finish, and they fit my gear like factory originals. What really stood out, though, was the way they treated me. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind, super patient, and clearly knew their stuff. They made sure I got exactly what I needed, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. On top of that, their pricing was refreshingly reasonable--way more budget-friendly than I expected for custom work. If you need 3D printing done right, and you want to deal with people who are both talented and actually pleasant to work with, ShipNYC is the move. Highly recommended.

Coming to this UPS Customer Center means you are entering one of Dante's Circles of Hell for sure…read more It is a huge complex with big brown UPS trucks and trailers lumbering along while customers' cars try to figure out how to get in and where the hell to go to find the "customer service" entrance. Don't get me wrong - UPS delivery is usually 5 stars where I live, but on the occasion when I order items that require an adult signature it becomes an issue. I believe that UPS overlords (management) probably implant GPS units under the skin of these diligent drivers to track and time every single move they make so I can't blame the guy for attempting to deliver at 4:50pm when I had a shipping note on the label to deliver after 5pm if possible. It's just that those 10 minutes certainly made my life hell that night. It was cool after I changed the delivery to will call that I received a call on my cell to tell me that despite the app saying the center is closed at 6pm, that they reopen from 7pm to 9pm and my packages will be available after 8pm. Score! After driving around the area outside the UPS complex for 10 minutes looking for where customers are supposed to enter I finally go inside a lot where all passenger cars are parked and see a faded sign pointing to "Customer Service 7pm-9pm Parking". I manage to grab a surprisingly hard to find spot and walk into a guard room with rejected TSA antique metal detectors and decor straight out of Barney Miller. One of the guards asks me my address and directs me to stand out of the way along with the other unfortunate customers that missed their deliveries. Waiting for 20 minutes and I see some of the people here before me getting upset because no one is telling us what is going on - what are we waiting for? Where are our packages?.. grumble.. grumble.. "How long are we supposed to wait here? Like we haven't worked all day ourselves and want to go home!" One guy half yelled. Luckily as tensions were getting high we finally hear over the guard's walkies talkie some addresses of packages. He calls out addresses and a guard escorts us pass the barbed wire fences. I sign for my stuff which is luckily on a long handtruck (cases of wine), but I have to lug this over curbs and other obstacles back towards my car myself - happily I didn't break anything. The guard stops me at the fence and tells me I have to leave my stuff, bring my car around and load from here. Finally loaded up I leave with my packages. It's cool that UPS accommodates their customers with extended hours, but If you actually have to come here there is an obvious disconnect between their good intentions and the poor reality.

Fed Ex - UPS or a similar carrier, they allpretty much work the same way with the same model…read more Reviews will be the same except for location and size of establishmewnt. Well, that was easy. This Fed Ex store is a full service store for mail and alternative shipping methods. I usually bring my completed packages there for them to send. Especially when we get a pre-printed label. Not a lot of activity but I will say that they are a great team here and the nicest people always willing to help. They greet me with a smile and are pleasant until the end of the transactions. They are always attentive to what I am doing and and happy to tell me if there is a better or less expensive way to proceed. The key word here is that they are helpful and that is what this business is all about. I like this establishment and hope that more people would use some of their many services. There is definitely value for your dollar here. KUDOs to the team at The FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

This review is about FedEx as a WHOLE. Every single time I…read morehave items shipped with fedex, these idiots screw up! These drivers get paid $20/hour and can't even read my address properly. They deliver my packages to the WRONG address EACH AND EVERY TIME! I'm pissed off because this happens EACH AND EVERY TIME a company uses fedex and they deliver to me! They ALWAYS deliver to the wrong address! The FedEx automated system is a piece of junk. They literally tell you, "if you do not receive your package by 8pm please give us a call in the morning" NO! I should NOT have to wait another whole day to receive my packages because your drivers are MORONS and don't know the difference between a 29 and a 9 on an address! When you finally get in touch with customer service and are able to speak with an actual person, they tell you that they can NOT call the drivers directly to tell them what the problem is. But they will "Investigate" the problem. They ask for your address, the color of your house, whether it's 1 or 2 stories, they ask for your phone number and email address. When you give them ALL that info they PROMISE they will call you, text you or email you back with the results of your misplaced packages. Again I should NOT have to wait an entire extra day to receive my packages! It should be taken care of the SAME DAY! FedEx needs to get with the program! FedEx NEEDS to be able to get in touch with their drivers ASAP in event of a problem! Not a day later. This is unacceptable! I have a few hundred dollars of goods SITTING in front of someone else's house right now! UNACCEPTABLE FEDEX!!!! My packages said it was delivered at 114pm exactly, I checked tracking and saw they were delivered around 230pm, called and actually got in touch with someone at fedex around 3pm. You people had MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME to correct this situation! You had FIVE HOURS to remedy this situation and get your ass BACK HERE to pick up my packages from another address and deliver them to the proper one. But you FAILED. Now because of you idiots, my packages will be sitting outside ALL DAY in front of my home tomorrow in the hot sun until someone comes home. You people better hope NOTHING is damaged! The box better not be opened or destroyed. My goods better not be damaged. As a customer: I should NOT have to walk down the block to pick up my packages from the wrong address because you idiots delivered it there. The people who live at the WRONG address should NOT have to deliver my packages for you because you screwed up! I'm just so sick and tired of the incompetence of this company. Hire drivers that KNOW HOW TO READ an address PROPERLY! Sincerely, 29 (TWENTY-NINE) NOT 9 (nine)
