That being said, I have not experienced any complications at this post office, the clerks provide excellent customer service. Also the postal service is an excellent alternative for greeting cards and gift cards. One way USPS can improve in customers service is by broadening the gift card selection. By doing so would increase revenue for the postal service while giving the customer another reason to shop at the post office. I took a friend to Target to purchase a couple of gift cards. The lines were extremely long. I told my friend that the postal service sells gift cards, she stated that she didn't know that. So we scurried on over to the local post office to find that there selection was limited to almost nothing. I was so embarrassed that I suggested to go. Now we must go back to Target when the lines deminish. Even though my word of mouth didn't help either parties, I'm still inclined to.. Inspire more, Yelp more.

I came to this USPS location at around 11:00 PM on Monday, June 29, 2026, specifically to use the…read more24-hour self-service kiosk so I could meet a shipping deadline. The lobby was open, but the kiosk displayed that it was unavailable and out of service. Because of that, I had to drive to another USPS location, adding about 20-25 minutes to my trip and putting my shipment at risk of missing the deadline. If the kiosk isn't working, it should be repaired promptly or there should be a way to notify customers before they make the trip. This was a very frustrating and avoidable waste of time.

They deliver my packages to the WRONG address EACH AND EVERY TIME! I'm pissed off because this happens EACH AND EVERY TIME a company uses fedex and they deliver to me! They ALWAYS deliver to the wrong address! The FedEx automated system is a piece of junk. They literally tell you, "if you do not receive your package by 8pm please give us a call in the morning" NO! I should NOT have to wait another whole day to receive my packages because your drivers are MORONS and don't know the difference between a 29 and a 9 on an address! When you finally get in touch with customer service and are able to speak with an actual person, they tell you that they can NOT call the drivers directly to tell them what the problem is. But they will "Investigate" the problem. They ask for your address, the color of your house, whether it's 1 or 2 stories, they ask for your phone number and email address. When you give them ALL that info they PROMISE they will call you, text you or email you back with the results of your misplaced packages. Again I should NOT have to wait an entire extra day to receive my packages! It should be taken care of the SAME DAY! FedEx needs to get with the program! FedEx NEEDS to be able to get in touch with their drivers ASAP in event of a problem! Not a day later. This is unacceptable! I have a few hundred dollars of goods SITTING in front of someone else's house right now! UNACCEPTABLE FEDEX!!!! My packages said it was delivered at 114pm exactly, I checked tracking and saw they were delivered around 230pm, called and actually got in touch with someone at fedex around 3pm. You people had MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME to correct this situation! You had FIVE HOURS to remedy this situation and get your ass BACK HERE to pick up my packages from another address and deliver them to the proper one. But you FAILED. Now because of you idiots, my packages will be sitting outside ALL DAY in front of my home tomorrow in the hot sun until someone comes home. You people better hope NOTHING is damaged! The box better not be opened or destroyed. My goods better not be damaged. As a customer: I should NOT have to walk down the block to pick up my packages from the wrong address because you idiots delivered it there. When I called to speak to a representative, she told me that it had been delivered at 12:50 when I was not at home. I had to drag the box back to my apartment. There was no apartment number on the shipping label after I had called on Sunday (the first time I called) to tell them my apartment number. My Sister in law and I did not receive any email or text to say the package had arrived. It was a gift from my sister in law to me. This was not a positive experience.
