I have been using this post office for over a decade and I find the staff as very courteous and helpful.

This location at times gets very crowded and busy. Especially during the morning hours. Seniors buying stamps or complaining about mail service. They do have a Kios you can use for stamps and shipping labels. The lobby is also open 24 hours with a package drop off bin. To be frank people can do most of their USPS needs online or at the self Kios. Sure the clerks at times are grumpy but you deal with animated Seniors all day or people who don't know how to pack items to mail. read more

Smaller and pretty busy post office location. When I need to use the post office I usually use the self service kiosk. You can do almost anything you need on that machine. It is pretty easy to use and quick. It is a great alternative to waiting on line. This location usually has a pretty long line so the self service machine is your best bet at getting in and out quickly. If you need last minute packing materials, greeting cards or gift cards this location has some for sale which is convenient. When I have had to speak with someone here in the past the staff has been helpful and were able to answer any questions I had with ease. Every time I need go here I have never had problem that's good thing people are very helpful respectful kind I had stop in there again send package and guy wrote Adress on box I didn't know you allow to do that it for back up in case shipping labels gets damaged next time I stop send another package I will write adress on box for back up., One bad thing I don't like this place is location sometimes it's time consuming to pull in and pull out it's on very busy road that's good thing for business I do recommend coming sending packages out that take po box Adress next time I stop in I will choose next day shipping get there few days faster read more

Our mail lady is too lazy to get out of her truck so any package she deems won't fit in the mailbox goes back to the post office. This is our whole street not just our house. I have time sensitive packages i never know if I'll actually get them or not. It's a guessing game with her. I just looked at the tracking informative for my package today and it said a delivery was attempted at 11:45am today, it's only 9am. Is she like from the future? read more

Went in to drop off package from Groupon (i had to return item in same Groupon box) and i printed out label but usps would not tape my box for me and said i could buy the tape... i don't think one piece of tape would have really hurt them to help me out. UPS in orchard park will always tape any boxes and even take boxes that are really supposed to go elsewhere because they have good customer service.. read more

Why review a post office? Because customer service is important and people should know what to expect. The staff is pretty friendly here but not always accommodating for the amount of traffic. Example: the wait line usually has 8 people in it yet there is only ever 2 workers at the main desk. Sometimes someone from the back will open the door and ask if anyone is picking anything up but aside from that Expect a wait of 10-15 minutes minimum to be talked to or taken care of. *note I tend to visit the post office on Saturday mornings however the above statement has held true on some of my weekday visits. Also on a side note its faster to go to town hall to get your passport processed then here. This past January I tried to get my passport done here and after waiting 30 minutes they told us the passport lady was to busy in the back and could not process any passports for the day! read more

Worst post office ever. Everytime I go there the older lady is so rude, everytime I go to a different location the staff is nice and patient. They're super mean, don't care about if you're shipping a product and don't offer any help... no human compassion. I get it's COVID but still be nicer to people. I've never been treated so terrible by staff, especially working at a governmental building? These women need someone of great authority in charge to oversee them & put them in their place. Plus everytime come in is super busy line is out to the door because the lady's take for ever, super unorganized and unprofessional during Covid especially. Going there is a complete nightmare. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! ITS WORTH TAKING A TRIP!I go many post offices, Ups's, fedex's on a regular basis, never felt so uncomfortable in an environment, and have been treated this way! I placed an online order and fumbled the zip code. My package bounced back and forth across the country and found it's way to this post office. When I called and asked if they could help me, they took time to track down my package and do what was needed to reroute it. Thanks to the person who helped me. You can never get through to this place on the phone I said I'm there waiting 55 minutes over an hour and sometimes almost up to two hours they tell you and still you can't get ahold of them these people put packages in your mailbox that are too big for the mailbox they Jammin and when you want to get them out you can't or they break and when you called to talk about it and have them get you the package out your on hold forever and your package is ruined especially if it's glass or something that shouldn't be cold and electronic and it's no good these people need a better phone operating system or should I say better people who answer phones this place is a joke read more

"A package that was scheduled to be delivered to my home on or around 5:30 on a weekday ended up not being delivered. When I looked into the status, the description read "Held at Post Office, At Customer Request". No, that was not my request. When I called the Hamburg Post Office (Camp Road) at 9 am the next day to find out why the instruction was changed, no one answered the phone. I called five times. I highly doubt the post office is that busy at 9 am to where no one will answer the phone. I think the mailman ran out of time with deliveries and called it a day by changing the instructions for delivery. That is what I will believe until explained otherwise. I am extremely disappointed. I placed mail to go out 2 days ago and it was still in my mailbox. I have not had mail in several days. Now I'm wondering if it's the post office or the mailman. Very sad. Trying to keep people working but now I am thinking maybe paying bills online makes more sense. read more
