A charge bill payment and electric bill payment, both mailed together in OP on the same day, did not get to their destinations. I only found out when the electric co. sent a notice to turn off my power and the Visa co. charged me interest. 2. Three separate checks were sent together on the same day and not one of them got to their destination. 3. This month an obvious birthday card with lottery tickets inside was mailed inside the OP post office. It hasn't been seen since. 4. Another card with lottery tix was sent this month and also disappeared. I now have to send special cards in the large cardboard envelopes which can be tracked. Cost more for postage than the card is worth. Ridiculous!! Thieves in the post office and nobody seems to care.

I believe this might be my first review of anything like this - a post office!…read more Living out in the country one tends not to have quite as many of those conveniences that city folks do, but having our own little post office is still reality here in the Irving area. And what makes our little post office exceptional are the people that work there. Every time I have ever needed to ship something out - I tend to leave UPS and FEDEX for other folks and I head right to my little post office down the street. I know that they will find the best way possible for my package at the very best price. Most of the time beating out the cost of the other two already mentioned. They have gone out of their way to take care of my shipping needs and they carry everything at the location I've ever needed. So - they are well stocked - professional and friendly and their hours I have found to be as good or better then most. I cannot find any issues with this location and that includes parking just feet away from the door and yes - they take credit cards too!

My family has been using this post office for years. It was always decent but over the last year or…read moreso it has gone downhill fast. The parking lot is full of giant deep pot holes. The staff moves extremely slow, and recently their outdoor post office drop off boxes got robbed. Several people were affected by this robbery. Just before Christmas a bunch of checks and parcels were stolen. My mother had a check stolen from here, washed and rewrote to be cashed for $1500. It's been a battle back and forth. The Blasdell police told her to contact Lackawanna police despite this happening in Blasdell, and the Post Office itself admitted that this happens frequently, and their own workers are to blame. They advised her never to send checks or gift cards, because the staff and random citizens open mail and steal.

This may come as a complete surprise to you, but The UPS Store isn't "Unwanted Parcels and Stuff"…read morethat goes back to Amazon. They were around long before Amazon's free returns. And God bless 'em, these people probably spend half (or more) of their day processing the pants that were too big or the purse you decided you didn't want. The staff at the South Park Ave store has always been friendly and cheerful even when the line is a bit long and the customers are less than happy. They are also pretty efficient, so a long line never takes as long as you might think from first look. Only one time did I have a less than 5-star experience at the store, and it really worked out okay in the end, so I'm not docking them. I believe I was working with a new employee who charged me for packaging materials that were not used. The recipient sent me a picture of the box after it was opened and there was literally NO packing materials inside. Fortunately the item I sent was not damaged in shipment, so it turned out okay. However, I showed the picture to the manager and asked for a refund of the packing materials. He actually refunded the cost of shipping, too. In my opinion, that was more than he needed to do, and he apologized several times in the process. An added tip if you do a lot of shipping - join a third party site like Pirate Ship and you can save a small percentage on the cost of shipping, print your label at home, and drop it off at the UPS store for them to mail out. It saves you time and a buck or two.

Save yourself the headache and take your printing business anywhere else. I am a local business…read moreowner who normally uses FedEx with zero issues, but I stopped by this UPS Store location around 1:00 PM because it was closer. That was a huge mistake. From the start, the staff, with the exception of Donnie, were incredibly rude, condescending, and acted like helping customers was a massive burden. They always are, even when I've used them to ship items. The print quality was an absolute disaster. -Digital Formatting Artifacts: They handed me prints with random pixelated gray blocks across the top. Despite my files being flattened and properly set up, they immediately blamed me, asking if the artwork was "made with AI" or transferred incorrectly. Which it wasn't and was created entirely by me. I even went into the file in the store to see if there was something hiding at the top... nothing. -Physical Hardware Defects: Even after attempting to fix it, the "final" prints still had horizontal banding lines and roller streaks from poorly maintained equipment. -Severe Color Shift: The background rendered with a heavy yellow/olive tint instead of my brand's neutral gray (the exact same master file prints perfectly elsewhere). To top it off, they forced me to pay for all of their own trial-and-error troubleshooting test prints. When I called after leaving to speak with the store manager about a refund for unusable materials, she refused, made up excuses, and snapped, "Great, sir, we have you on camera," before hanging up on me. Yeah, you do have me on camera, standing there for ten minutes waiting on your team while you try to troubleshoot your own shitty machine. Donnie is the only redeeming part of this store, but the rest of the staff and management make it clear they hate their jobs and have zero respect for customers or quality standards. They also have no idea what they're doing when it comes to printing. I will say they're great at scanning boxes and throwing them in the back room LOL. Avoid this location.
