I am an owner of the property and have full POA. I came in and said "I am here to pick up my mother's mail". Ashley asked rudely, " Do you live there?" I said no, trying to hand her my license (same last name). She would not look at it. She abruptly stated that they needed a signed form from my mom. She did not ask if there was one on record. I said I do this all the time. She said they are wrong to give me the mail. She was talking at me vs. trying to help me. The Worst customer service ever.

A charge bill payment and electric bill payment, both mailed together in OP on the same day, did not get to their destinations. I only found out when the electric co. sent a notice to turn off my power and the Visa co. charged me interest. 2. Three separate checks were sent together on the same day and not one of them got to their destination. 3. This month an obvious birthday card with lottery tickets inside was mailed inside the OP post office. It hasn't been seen since. 4. Another card with lottery tix was sent this month and also disappeared. I now have to send special cards in the large cardboard envelopes which can be tracked. Cost more for postage than the card is worth. Ridiculous!! Thieves in the post office and nobody seems to care.
