I needed some very quick birthday invitations for a party in about three weeks. I jumped on ChatGPT and created the invite. Then I contacted the UPS store for information about same-day printing, and they advised me to email the file to them. By 1 o'clock, my invitations were ready for pick up. I was very pleased with the price for these custom invites at just about $1.00 per. read more

The UPS Store - Shipping Centers Near Me - East Aurora, New York

Extremely rude employees. Three separate visits, all employees are rude and not helpful.

Nice job Tyler. Helped me immediately at store opening. Friendly service and helped get my shipments moving.

Service is terrible. The workers here are the rudest I have ever seen. Considering they were not busy at all when I was in there I cannot conceive why they are all rude and act as if they are working hard when they are usually all on their phones when I walk in. Probably the worst UPS store I have ever seen. Definitely go here if you want to treated like garbage. read more

Their webpage says they are open until 3 on Sundays but after making a special trip there to ship something, a sign in the window says they're closed on Sundays . They should change their darn webpage read more

Angela, Thank You, for your Great, Fast, Wonderful, Friendly Service!! on 9.12.24 Keep up the Terrific service. Cyndee

I was appalled at my visit. I'm never going here again. I didn't have my box taped because the ups store I usually go to never gives me an issue. The clerk charged me a dollar not on a register mind you! This man should be fired for theft. They have unlimited amounts of tape I would have taped the box myself. So he pocketed my dollar just to be a dick. And the two workers were talking about a customer behind her back because she kept going to her car and bringing more boxes in. I'm literally so pissed at this guy. Only place in East Aurora or nearby towns so if you live in this area I'm sorry you have to put up with those two old hacks. read more

The reviews on this UPS store are correct. This is the 1st time I have ever written a review & I wish I could leave it no stars. The woman working in this store was very rude. She got angry at me because the barcode on my phone wouldn't scan with her scanner. Then, she got angrier when I wouldn't hand her my phone & I chose to read the barcode #s to her, instead of handing her my phone. If you can avoid this UPS at all costs, I would if I were you. read more

Terrible customer service! I've been there a couple different times and each time a different person waited on me with the same attitude. Very unhelpful, rude. I will be looking for a different UPS store to go to in the future. read more

Rich, owner of this UPS store is the greatest! I'm in California and wanted to bid on an eBay item in Chaffee, NY, about 20 miles from this store. The item was a 20 lb, 3'x1'x6" antique computer panel with hundreds of lights, switches, and loose wires. The problem - it was being sold for "local pickup only". I contacted Rich to see if it would be possible to have the item picked up AS-IS from the seller, packaged, and shipped to me in California. Without hesitation, he said "Yes". I let the seller know and successfully bid on the item. I gave Rich the seller's contact information and he handled everything from there. Rich arranged a favorable time with the seller, personally drove to Chaffe and picked up the panel, carefully packaged it, and shipped it to me. He didn't ask for payment until the package was ready to go and he knew all of the costs. The panel arrived today in the same condition that it left the seller. Rich was professional, friendly, and provided great service. I highly recommend this UPS store. read more

This store used to be run extremely well by the previous manager. The older woman working has been less than helpful on each occasion I visit the store. I work in customer service- would highly recommend some training for her or maybe move her to behind the scenes. read more

I've experienced both Rich and Sharon being less than pleasant. Neither of them greet customers, they can be curt, and will make you feel as though you are putting them out just by walking in the door. Folks, your customers are the reason you have jobs. Take all of the negative reviews you're receiving to heart and fix the problems. read more

Did not think I needed to price compare costs for passport photos for my daughters but I should have. I took my youngest daughter to this store after a tutoring lesson in East Aurora and two passport pictures cost about $15. My mother was watching my older daughter at the same time and they went shopping near the McKinley Mall, stopped at a local drug store that did passport pictures also and got done for $2.50! Wow! I feel like a sucker over passport pictures. Moral of the story: check prices first. Customer service was fine at this location. read more

I had some promotional materials developed here when I first purchased my business. The owners were extremely helpful and kind. They delivered as promised and I was very satisfied. read more

I have come to the East Aurora UPStore for copies of posters and class packets. They are friendly, warm and always willing to work with you until your piece comes out the best it can. One of my first poster projects needed its resolution changed several times and colors adjusted and the woman there printed it each time FREE to see if it would turn out the way I intended before I had many copies made. Some places with services like this are cold and straight to business. Here not only do they know what they're doing but its welcoming. I'll always return here. read more

I have an online e-commerce website and rented a UPS box at the East Aurora store. I wanted a REAL street and not a PO Box and I certainly did not want to use my home address. The UPS store is a great solution. I'm so glad that I chose the store in East Aurora as it has become much more to me than just a mailbox. Sue and Donna are not only friendly, they are extremely helpful. I ran into a situation that I had an emergency large scale specialty print job that needed to be done the same day. Sue rearranged her print projects and was able to accommodate my urgent need and communicated with me throughout the process so I knew what I could expect and when. I submitted my proposal on time and won the work. As a new business, I cannot afford to lose any opportunities and the East Aurora UPS team really came through for me. I've used them several times since then (without the time pressure!) and my jobs are always completed on time and professionally. I cannot recommend them enough. I feel like I have a true business partner and my own outsourced print marketing department! read more
