That level of disregard for someone else's time and planning is unacceptable. To make matters worse, his crew's work ethic was terrible. His employees did a half-assed job and left most of the real work to my team. On top of that, one of his workers was openly smoking what appeared to be PCP/K2 right on the job site--in full view of others, including the project manager. That is not only unprofessional, it's unsafe. Between the lack of communication, broken promises, wasted time, and completely inappropriate on-site behavior, I would never recommend subcontracting with this company or trusting them on a professional project. Save yourself the stress and find a company that actually respects people and runs a legitimate operation.
