You can trust Shipping HQ to get your packages where they need to go…read more We had a situation recently where the recipient's new address didn't make its way to our office, so when our shipment arrived at their old address, delivery was refused. Shipping HQ was able to resolve the issue over the phone, and our very important box of valuable materials finally reached its proper destination. They'll advise you on the best carrier and price, and if you don't have the appropriate packing materials available, they can do that for you too. Once your personal information is in their system, one click gets your package on its way. Access to their parking lot is one of the most annoying in WNY, but it's worth it. Nice people, good at what they do - the kind of company that deserves your business.

I was looking forward to getting out of obscurity and this digital-less world with a shipment of a phone, but when I got home at literally 4:55pm there was a slip for a signature needed. I called the West Side post office and while it was busy until 4:57pm, I finally reached someone at 4:58pm. I told them I'm a few minutes away and they said they would hold the door for me. I sped over there and there was quite literally someone at the door with my package. Customer service doesn't get any better than that. To my credit, I did get there around 5:05 or 5:07pm so it was only a few minutes after closing time, but man -- I'm glad I don't have to go phone-less for another day. Thank you to the Westside Post Office for the excellent customer service. I definitely love you!

That said, since I have discovered it, I don't go to any other post office location (at least not if I'm leaving from home) because this one is so convenient. Plus, it has better weekend hours than the Post Office on Bailey. You can get stamps, mail packages, and do all the things you normally would at the Post Office but without the lines that I've encountered at pretty much every other Post Office. I don't think I've ever had more than one person in front of me. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And if you need to get something from the Pharmacy while you're there, it's super convenient. Parking is easy, as is getting in and out of the lot. Yay for convenience and easy.

Copy machine…read morewas not too hard to use, made good copies, but I wish there were more instructions on how to position the original, since i had to copy my drivers license and passport. Then I go in line for my package, there were 2 people at two counters and a guest each counter, and one in front of me waiting. It seemed everyone had a complicated case, the service attendants were both very patient. It took me 15 minutes before I was at the counter. It was easy to ship, and Emily was very professional and made sure all info was correct. I was about to pick the cheapest option and still get it to where I needed to send in time.
