I especially appreciated how upfront they were about how much each step would cost. Overall, it was only about $4 and they packaged it, printed out the return slip and sent it out for me. The entire interaction (including explaining my mixup) took only about 5 minutes. I was extremely pleased and will be returning here for any shipping needs in the future!
