I was sooooo disappointed being that I stayed home waitng for nothing. I said, ok I'll give them another chance. We rescheduled the pick up date and time to today Friday, August 8, 2025. This time Aiza called me and confirmed again that the box will be picked up between 3 to 4 pm. I waited and even canceled my appointment this time and AGAIN, no pick up happened and the driver or person whose supposed to pick up the box, did not call or text to let me know that he's coming or not. The only reason I ventured out this far to this Staples was because the Amazon returns were down at…read morethe one on Northern Boulevard. I decided to just drive to the next nearest one which was this location - but the parking situation here is really difficult to navigate. It's situated on a street that's surrounded by a lot of one way streets - plus one side of the parking lot is totally blocked off, so that was unfortunate. Once I walked in I noticed the for returns was incredibly long - I guess everyone was here trying to do the same thing and make returns after the holidays. Eventually after 20 minutes or so of waiting a few more people jumped behind the return line to help out, and it moved a bit faster. My barrels arrived in Barbados in March 2026 and were ready for collection on the 25th of March…read more2026. Today is the 1st of June 2026 and i still havent received my barrels because Blue Star Shipping 8520 Foster Avenue Brooklyn New York hasnt paid the fees for the shipment. From the 25th of March to the 20th of April ( the 20th of April being the day i called to enquire again) the storage fees were $165.00, so you can imagine how much it is now. The two barrels were paid for to be shipped to Barbados. Whenever contact is made with him or his employees its always one excuse after another....go on Friday, im out of the office and i'll call you when i get in, he's outside call back in 20 minutes, if they charge you fees i'll handle it and the next shipment is on me. Those are some of the excuses. Which next shipment ??? To be experienicing this and still go back and do business with you would be crazy. I took my hard earned money and bought the items for those barrels then to be faced with this. Now when i call the number no one answers and sometimes there's a busytone. What you did and are doing is so wrong on all levels. You won't like what you have done and are doing to us be done to you. You were paid yet you havent paid the fees for people blasted items to be release. You are VERRRYY dishonest and with no integrity either. If only those of us who havent received their items because of dishonest you, had seen these reviews before giving you our business, i believe most of us would have taken our business elsewhere.
