8/14/25 I have a return and the scan code wasn't working at that other post office. Came here since it's xlto hopefully get the return sent. Greatness! Super quick! Afire wait. Greeted by nice worker. Let him know ho I already tried the scan code and it wasn't working for the return. He said no problem, show me the code. Did. The return label printed right out. I guess sometimes it doesn't work and you just need to go in to a worker to get it done. Awesome! He printed out a receipt and wished a good day! Thank you! Thank you! This is one of the only 2 US post offices in north west Fresno. So a bit of a drive for me if I have nothing to do in the area. But very small and limited parking. The parking is 5 stales, including handicap parking and it is a one-way. You can park on the street, but it is by a busy traffic light. They are short staff from what it looks like with 2 staff in front. The workers are quick and to the point. Helpful for when I just need my labels printed and just want to get out. Just wish they would invest in fixing up the place like other US post offices. read more

Lady at this post office is rude, not helpful at all. Sent my daughter for the first 1st to mail boxes for me. And she had a bad experience with this process because of the worker . If you don't like your job leave it. read more

Customer service comes and goes, for the most part its good. Only thing is the hours are not that great for picking up your mail. The historical little town Pinedale is not that bad, people are good. I have had this box since 1977. Pricing of the boxes here is steep, other than the hours and the price - love it. read more

I forget about this location when I'm out and about. On Minarets, just west of Blackstone. Stopped by recently to drop off some outgoing mail. There was parking in front and an inside mail drop. Easy Peasy. Quick in and out. read more

As much as I blame the horrible customer service and clerk with the nasty attitude. I'm going to say it is the postmasters fault for this one. Only the second time I came here and the lady ignored me and just punched everything into the computer and didn't even ask me to verify the destination or address. Then when I asked to see it, she was rude and told me not to tell her how to do her job and that she was a seasoned postal worker and it's people like us that make the job so horrible. I'm sorry. I don't care if you have 50 years or 2 on the job. If you don't have a positive attitude and can't take ownership of your mistakes then don't do the job. She began to talk about me to the next customer in line and her unprofessionalism continued. So Postmaster I wasn't allowed to talk to you due to the clerk refusing to let me speak to you, but please re train the clerk or move them to another office. For a business that thrives on the community to purchase post office supplies and send stamps, this clerk gives zero care for any of those. I'll continue to come back and will continue to address the unprofessionalism each time it happens. Shouldn't have to go to a further office to get a different experience. read more

About 7 years ago I opened a box here at the Pinedale station to conduct personal and business transactions. The best thing about the Pinedale location was Clerk, Larry who has since unfortunately retired. Conversely, the worst thing about my experience was Clerk Kayla. For at least three full years , Kayla would overcharge me additional shipping fees in addition to the already prepaid shipping labels. Amounts she imposed on me were random and ranged anywhere from $7 to $80 per package. If I refuse to pay the demanded amount, my package would be returned to the Sender, thereby causing me additional costs and problems to deal with. On two separate occasions, I handed this Clerk my outgoing mail to mail on my behalf to pay my bills. The payments I made were received two weeks after the due date which incurred late fees per item Plus negative reports to my credit Bureau. It was during this time when a couple of my packages had completely disappeared without a trace and never resurfaced which is unheard of with Priority Mail. And yet, I was saddled with the purchases because they had been accepted and marked delivered by the clerks. I had consistently endured embarrassment in front of other customers, as disrespect and rude comments were a regular. We also had issues of refusal of service and harassment of various kinds. On one occasion, she refused to release to me a package I needed for my child's birthday. I'll never forget, She held it up and out of my reach, then tossed it into the cupboard and slammed the door. At least two other witnesses were there that day. Despite my having made five separate complaints due to these occurrences, nothing was resolved. Further, while she had been directed and redirected to cease and desist said actions, it was abundantly clear to all the Employer's directives were simply disregarded. And in total, this fun experience has cost me hundreds upon hundreds of dollars in losses not to mention a great deal of distress, humiliation, and health concerns.....none of which I have been offered repayment. Lastly, I was asked to permanently relocate to another postal station 3.5 miles farther for me in distance. And , regrettably commit to the laborious task of address change notifications for many contacts which I'd rather not do. Great Post Office, older and smaller. I am glad this location is still where it is because the FedEx is so expensive. The only downside to this post office is that the parking lot is small & full. Sometimes the line inside the building does get a bit long. But the postal workers are always nice and friendly, they seem to like working with the public. I like it here. read more

Ok guys this has got to be the worst post office of all time! This post office is located on the corner of Blackstone & Minarets right near the River Park area. The business hours of this post office are Monday through Friday from 8:30am - 4:00pm. Are those the worst hours or what! Don't people work? how can they come here if people work. Well it wouldn't be so bad if this was a normal post office. I went there the other day like at 7:45am. I knew they were closed but usually post offices have a stamp vending machine in the lobby. So i went to buy some stamps. Well guess what they lock up the vending machine and its not available till business hours. Hello! what's the point of the vending machine if its only available during normal hours! So then i come back at lunch time and there is a huge line so i look at the vending machine and both vending machines are not operational they are out of order! If you attempt to go there and buy stamps you should call ahead to see if the vending machine is working. From now on i'm taking my business to the woodward park post office they have stamp vending machines and way better business hours. Basically this post office is just good to drop off mail in the mail slot. That's about it. Forget about trying to buying stamps here. If you need stamps your better off going across the street at 7-11. Stamps cost like double at 7-11 but at least the vending machine is not broken or on lockdown. This post office have the worst hours in the world! I came here 10 minutes till 12, and the place is already close. It closes at noon. Why are the doors locked so soon? I really wish I hadn't got my p o box here, unfortunately they were out throughout the state so I had to get a post office box have a smaller place. I have been going to the Minarets Post office in Pinedale for almost ten years, almost daily for work. There is a new clerk there named Mary who is the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever met. She is snotty, argumentative and just a real bitch. Everyone else I have dealt with there have been beyond helpful and friendly. read more

This place is always busy and way understaffed! Amazing the consistency of not enough help?? Either one's on break or one is looking for a package in the back. I really? I really despise rude and bad customer service. I have been here several times and the women working here are just vicious. Never smile and look as you as a burden. Larry is nice and friendly. It's a tiny post office but efficient and staff actually scans your packages unlike Nees ave which "loses" them. Will continue to ship here even though it's further. read more
