Also, used the shipping bag that was sent to me, but it needed a piece of tape. Again, the poor person at the counter had an empty tape dispenser. I ended up paying for what should have been free shipping, and another $2 for a piece of tape. So sad that the USPS is done from a logistics perspective to the likes of UPS and FedEx. My wife told me my expectations are too high. Combined with the fact I only get mail "most days" (not counting Sunday) and most of it junk mail, it's time for this ancient "business" to go away. They continue to yell about it over your head as they help you. And it takes forever for them to acknowledge a customer. Normally I wouldn't complain but this has happened multiple times now and it's such an unpleasant experience going in there and having two men just yell loudly in your ear. And it's every single time.
