While I was scanning my returns, an employee interrupted me to tell me to use the poly mailer bags, even though I was already using the exact type and size that she was handing me. I told her that's exactly the same one I was using. She seemed hesitant to believe me. After I completed my return, received my receipt, and i went to the counter for help with a larger return, as there was no poly mailer bag big enough, and the machine instructed me to do so. After approaching the counter, the same woman yelled that I needed to exit the kiosk and couldn't just leave my return "up." I explained that I had already completed the transaction and had my receipt. Then she wanted to know why I need help instead of using the kiosk. I told her the kiosk itself instructed me to go to the counter because there wasn't a mailer large enough for my item. There was no reason for the entire experience to be so confrontational. I have used these machines before. I was following the instructions provided by the kiosk and simply needed assistance with something the kiosk couldn't accommodate. A little patience and basic customer service would have gone a long way. I was embarrassed to be spoken to like this In front of other customers.

The Staples website was easy to use for my project and gave me many options to select - type of paper, resolution, etc. I pre-paid so it was just a pick-up (you also have the option to pay at the store). So I've been to many Staples for print jobs like this and most times the experience is similar to a horror movie. Usually a customer in front of me in line is full-on arguing with the Staples associate, and you're just waiting for fist-to-cuffs. In contrast, the Livingston Staples is a good location! Got to give props when props are due - the name tag of the associate who helped me read Conner. When he handed me my prints, he showed me how he separated each batch job with a colored paper page. He was very professional and the prints came out exactly to spec. I would recommend this Staples if you're looking for a place for printing and document services.
