Mind you, all I did was ask if there was a workaround the system. I didn't demand one. I asked for one. Didn't expect one either! But that was enough to set her off and accuse me of trying to steal my own package, and claim it as her own. Mike no mistake, her language was extremely manipulative. This is the worst customer service I've experienced in my life. Genuinely. Not a shocker considering the other times I've been here, I've been directed to a kiosk every single time without failure, when I was trying to pick up a package. No one wants to help you here.
