Please do not reply." Cannot file online - no access code provided. Cannot get help - they claim they cannot verify me. Cannot reply - mailbox unmonitored. Cannot reach anyone - phone maze, useless chatbot, no email. They collect $2,840 in fees upfront. Filing fee. Fraud prevention fee. Premium processing fee. Then make completing the process impossible. The Contact Center is designed to prevent human contact. Emma chatbot loops endlessly. Phone system redirects until you hang up. No email support exists. When applicants face issues with their own cases, USCIS hides behind Privacy Act excuses to avoid helping. They blame applicants for systemic failures they created. This agency collects billions in fees annually while providing no functional support system. Applicants are treated as problems to be avoided, not people to be served. If you must interact with USCIS, document everything. Expect no help. Budget for legal representation because their "self-service" system is designed to fail.

She even said out loud I shouldn't even be doing this. She took out her frustration on us and didn't give a fair interview. How can we trust the Govt who prides themselves on being fair and just when they hire a woman like this who clearly took out her frustrations on a citizen and his wife. The library has a great selection of books, movies, and music. If they don't have something on-site, the staff can order it from any other library in Bergen County, and you'll get what you need in a day or two. She was not aware of this in her statement. usps does not always meet their shipping timeframe with so many delays. Then according to your statement against me as a seller, usps must not be a good delivery service since it doesn't meet their own criteria of delivering between 1-3 days in priority mail. I guess all customers should start refusing priority packages delivered after 1-3 days, the way you refuse my packages. When you make a statement, make sure you state existing facts with actual proof on your website. Another incident here she made a scene in front of people saying "you're banned here, GOOGLE IS YOUR FRIEND!" lol after she had been scanning my packages for years. She refused to scan my packages. I don't think she realizes that she doesn't own usps or customers.I've stood in front of the other clerk & the postmaster was on the other side where he can hear everything and the clerk took a phone call but said "HOLD ON, I'm trying to get RID OF A CUSTOMER". (This counts as another attack)He said this right in front of me (of course when there were no other customers for witnesses). They see me everyday so of course they want to get rid of me.At this point, people will be banning themselves from this place to avoid such horrendous treatment. This is my home library, and it's one of my absolute favorite neighborhood spots. This library's on…read morethe smaller side and attached to a neighborhood senior center but because it's nestled in a mostly-residential area, I've never struggled to find street parking. The smallness of the library means the self-service aspect of more modern libraries aren't available. Books placed on hold are kept behind the counter, so one of the librarians have to retrieve them AND check out all your books. I see this as a plus and a minus. Sure, my visits take just a little longer, but it means I have to have some human contact with every visit and that's not necessarily a bad thing. In fact, my favorite librarian is a bit of a visual genius. After a few visits, she's come to recognize me on sight and grabs my library holds the second she sees me coming through the door. You don't get that kind of personal service from a machine. While there aren't a ton of titles in this particular library, the interlibrary loan system works beautifully. I'll search for whatever book I need through the website and - if it's available at another location within the system - I'll receive it here within a matter of days. I've also come to appreciate the rich programming. There's a busy calendar of events for all ages from month to month, and there was a summer reading program this past summer for all ages, with raffles to incentivize reading. I was happily surprised to be one of the raffle winners, but even if I weren't, I would absolutely encourage locals to participate because there were trinket prizes just for reading a certain number of books. Though this library is small, the children's section is a delight, complete with a carpeted seating area... and a tree! It's fake, of course, but large and looming enough that it adds a ton of charm. This clearly attracts a lot of kiddos, which sometimes means the library loses its quietude with the squeaks and squeals of little ones. I'm not personally bothered by it, but possibly something to consider for patrons who need absolute silence.

I went to go inquire about this and was told a firm "no" by the woman that worked there. I brought up that there was *literally* no one else in the library for the computers and the answer was still no, EVEN with the notice. The Staff member provided no proof other explanation , covid related or otherwise. I understand that she is doing her job but I think updating the terms of computer use and being a bit friendlier would've left a better taste in my mouth.
