Another UPS location I didn't realize existed so close to home, and thank you God. I had a pre-paid package that I needed to drop off; the experience was quick and easy. I arrived at the store for 8:30am, which is probably the best time because there was only one other person. The clerk took my package and printed out a receipt and had me on my way. This is the second time I have tried to ship a box and again they said that I need to buy UPS box for $14 as my is not. First time I was in rush so I just did it although I disliked that they are the one who will be doing re-packing. Not happy other people go through my things without me being present, but they did it. This time I was prepared, I got myself a strong box- the kind printer paper gets shipped in and it can carry 20lbs easily. Again....they said that they need to repack my stuff into UPS box and it will cost me $14 more. One I said I'll do it myself....they quickly responded that I'll need to buy a tape too. ??? Was that so just I would allowed them to do it on their own again???? Well....i called UPS and asked if there is any policies regarding the boxes and they said NO. I am allowed to ship in my own box as long it's packed well with the clear label on it. And that it was, I drove to another UPS location and they took my box, printed me receipt said thank you for your business and that was it.....less then 2 min. This business will not last too long they have no clue on how to price to invite and expand their business. They tell you there's no cost to return items to Amazon and then when you get there they charge you excessive pricies to use their boxes. The first time I went there was a young man who appear to be extremely arrogant I believe he may have some ownership in the business. However the young lady that works here was polite and customer service oriented. But the pricing well ensure that I never return there. read more

I have shipped boxes from this store and have not had an issue as far as that goes. My issue is that they overcharge for email, scan, fax and photocopies at this UPS store. Go to the public library up the road and use them for that instead, its so much cheaper! read more

This is the BEST UPS STORE hands down-and I have been to many in NJ/NJ area. Recently I had a rather complicated shipment which included packing and shipping a large unwieldy item by the store. Jay came to rescue, he could not have been more patient and easy to work with.
