Baldwin park UPS store and it says I dropped it off on March 1, 2026 and they created the label back on February 1, 2026‍ this store is soo ridiculous and full of thieves!! Biggest mistake trusting this location with my package they scanned my package in and it never left their store according to UPS! Of course the store blames UPS even though they never got it! I can't even replace the item for my client cuz it was specially made for them the store didn't even offer an apology! He just kept saying to file a claim and how UPS has special technology to track packages lol ya maybe that's true if the package had left your store in the first place never coming to this location again

The pick up hours on the DHL emails says they close at 4:30 PM but they were actually still open when I arrived at around 4:45 PM. The lady that helped me was so nice and patient. I read her my tracking number as she typed it into a tablet. She then checked my ID to verify and I was on my way with my package. The whole experience was very seamless and easy. DHL always requires signature so I think I will opt to have my packages delivered to this locker location more often. Service was impeccable and I would definitely come back for any postal services. Shipping prices/stamps are also very reasonable. I think they also do notary here which is a plus. This location has a small parking lot attached but it was pretty empty when I came. Overall, great service and would recommend!

I had a prepaid return package, but he still tried to charge me $10 just to send it out. That makes no sense for a prepaid return. I ended up going to another PostalAnnex in Glendora, where the person working there was kind, helpful, and surprised that the location at 1171 E Alosta Ave, Azusa, CA 91702 tried to charge me extra for a prepaid return. This kind of service makes PostalAnnex and FedEx look bad. I would not recommend this location. If I could give negative stars, I would.

She does NOT Value Her customers ... Just Go to Google Reviews and You will see there as well ! The only reason Why I did not give a 1 star Review some of the employees including her Son Gabriel were ALWAYS.......very nice and pleasant . I was at postal annex la habra for 8 years . It was for a Reason until they closed down . They had great service ! I had been to a couple of other mailbox center that that were good too . By far this was one PAK Mail LA habra was the worse . DO NOT USE! BEWARE of Liandra ! she is fake and phony as they get ! DO NOT LEAVE A TIP EITHER , its just disingenous show ! A smoke screen ! The only reason why I tried this place was because they are mom-and-pop . I genuinely like to support mom and pop businesses . I even wanted to try to net work with them, Which was taken out of context . Anyways I learned what Not To do , and I am Happy with my new mailbox center service So far.
