The post office sucks. They don't deliver the mail to the right address and they never answer the phone.

Great place. Beautiful building. Folks at the windows have always been extra helpful and nice. Occasionally there are clueless annoying customers at the window for what seems like hours -- maybe like the ones who write negative reviews here -- but even with these rude, selfish customers, the workers are as nice as possible. I prefer this WPA era building to the more "modern" USPS buildings. It has that warm old building feel. Parking can be hit or miss right at the door, but they DO have many free spots for drop offs, and it's not impossible to cheat a spot nearby. I always find a way to park briefly. Or, sometimes I park near one of the great restaurants nearby where I have lunch after dropping off my mail. This is a priceless, valuable treasure. I hope they keep it open forever. read more

they do not pick up my outgoing mail. i have talked to someone there and they told me that they are suppose to pick up mail even if i have no out going mail. they told me this is there job. and that they will talk to the carrier.. well i have my mail in my box for three days now and it still is not being picked up.. and i also try to contact them and they do not answer the phone. at all..i also see that they deliver mail to my neighbors but no pick up from me. read more

They are the absolute worst. In addition to delivering to the wrong address a block away or giving me someone else's mail, now they have a new trick. A package that I was tracking was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Apparently the mail person did not feel like delivering it. Instead he scanned the package and noted that "the package is being held at the post office at the customer's request." I was waiting for the package why would I tell him to hold it. He would have had to stop at my house, which he did not. If you have to send a package or something of importance, use UPS or Fedex, at least they won't lie about it. read more

I've been living at this address for 3 years now and within the last month my mail delivery has been sporadic - today I finally got mail after 5 days and only mail that was posted in my informed delivery box for today - what happened to the other 5 days of mail?! I don't know who is in charge at Easton Post Office but someone needs to do their job of insuring proper and timely delivery! The mailman today said this isn't his route anymore - I asked what does that mean - this route is up for grabs he said yea - so I guess this means more sporadic delivery! Give the Postal Service 25 billion dollars and this is what you have to show for it SMH!! read more

I love this post office. The staff is generally very helpful and friendly. I don't understand the previous post about Sunday deliveries...? USPS doesn't deliver on Sunday. Everyone deserves a day off. The mail carriers have extensive routes that they consistently serve. I don't mind if my mail comes a little later, at least it arrives. Also, kudos to our local USPS carrier that always leaves packages on our doorstep, unlike some other private companies that have left packages in my driveway. read more

Is this scale including negative numbers? I need to say -10 for all areas. Sometimes my mail comes at 8pm or sometimes not at all. If signature is required, they slap a notice and run away as fast as possible. I've seen this while home and did not receive my package on time. No knocking or ringing a doorbell, that would be how other cities service their clients. And why do they NEVER answer the phone on Ferry Street? Absolutely disgusting year after year. I want to leave my beautiful home just to have a normal mail system. Please put them out of business and just go through UPS or FedEx or anyone would be better at this point. And it's NOT Covid related because this has happened to me since 2014 when I moved here. read more

Re: Sunday delivery, Easton, PA Sunday delivery is abysmal. If this were the first or second time they had lost a package I wouldn't say anything. From now on when ordering merchandise from Amazon with Prime two-day delivery it will not be on a Friday. The mailman said he had the package on the truck but he thinks he mis-delivered it to someone else. If he delivered to someone who is honest, I may see it eventually. read more

This is the absolute worst post office I have ever used in my entire life. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have had countless issues with my mail since moving to the Easton area that I have never experienced anywhere else. Plus, this location is filled with very rude workers. Make the drive to the Greenwood Ave location, you may have better luck. read more

I have never had poor mail service until I moved to Easton PA. I leave mail which is picked up but never delivered to the recipient . I didn't receive mail such as my niece's wedding invitation or a dividend check as well as other things I have learned about. My neighbor one street over who has the same house number gets my mail and I get theirs. But the worst happened when a bill due on 7/24 arrived in my mail last Thursday; AUGUST 27th with a marker notation N/A 7/31 whatever that was supposed to mean. I have tried calling but the phone just rings and rings and no one picks up. I don' even know what's do anymore. read more

I have to wait until about 6pm until my mail is received. They refuse to deliver packages at all. I would say about 10 percent of incoming and outgoing mail is just lost. Nightmare. read more

I continually get other peoples mail. I do live in a apartment complex. But the other peoples mail I receive are CLEARLY address with the CORRECT apartments. This just show the lazy, indifferent care this postal dept. Shows. This is the same postal dept. I had problems with 2 years ago at a different address. Same reason I did got to the postmaster then to file a complaint. These postal carriers can't read or do not care. What happens to people receiving important papers or checks!! and they fall into the wrong hands. read more

its ok. if u call down there to ask where the mailman is the guy on the phone will give u shit. most nights we dont get mail until 6 7 or going for 8 at night. so its truly a bullshit thing. i hate mail anyway i think it should be abolished. read more
