    I visited this store on 5/4/26. We live out of state and my daughter goes to college nearby. We…read morewere shipping a sentimental glass framed sports memorabilia home. We paid $197.05 to ship it back home and was told by a female supervisor that it would require additional air packing on both sides of the frame, and we agreed with her. The female clerk ringing up the transaction did not know what she was doing and had to ask for assitance multiple times. I asked the clerk multiple times before leaving and she reassured me that the additional air packing would be added to the box, to ensure the item would be packaged appropriately and arrive intact. We received the package yesterday and the frame is scratched and damaged, the glass all shattered. When we opened the box the air packing that we were promised WAS NOT inside the box, hence why the frame was not only shattered but the shattered glass also scratched up the custom frame. I called the store directly this morning and initially spoke to Jimmy. Jimmy, you were very pleasant, this review has nothing to do with you. He told me the owner would contact me and he did. What is REALLY disturbing is that from the moment I answered my phone the owner was yelling at me, berating me, and blaming me for the damaged item. First of all, you are a business owner, act like one. He DID NOT AT ALL listen to what I was trying to explain to him regarding the fact that the frame was not packaged with the proper packing. All he did was argue with me and did not offer any assistance towards a solution to this problem at any time during this phone call. I cannot believe that owners like him get away with such behavior, lack of professionalism, and still run a business. Why am I doing this review? So other people do not experience what we did. Choose wisely before doing business here. Yes, it is a fragile item and I run a risk in shipping it. However, this is their business and this is what they do on a daily basis. They failed to include the air packing, the box was not tagged with "Fragile" stickers, which ultimately resulted in my frame being damaged and shattered. The owner failed to even admit that, let alone take responsibility for it.

    I went to Staples to get some holiday gift tags printed. I gave Staples a Canva file, and it came…read moreout a little blurry. Canva turned out to be unsuitable for laser printers. I changed my file by redesigning it on Adobe Express using the app on my phone. Within minutes, I was able to try a new file with a Staples Rep, who was beyond and above nice. I provided a new file and she did a test print, and it came out so perfect and in such high resolution that I purchased extra sheets of the holiday gift tags I designed. Examine the image for yourself and make your own decision. I've never seen such a clear and flawless print before. In case you're wondering about the black marks, I blacked out my private information. I'd like to express my gratitude to Paulina, the Staples representative. She was working alone at the printing and shipping station, and she was able to assist all of her customers in a professional and courteous manner.     Brought in laptop to be shipped to Asurion for warranty repair. Associate at shipping counter for…read moreUPS items was very helpful and customer friendly. He advised buying box and bubble wrap so box size was out of stock and fortunately was able to find appropriately sized empty box on floor. Went to buy bubble wrap and cashier was not able to find my email or customer account number to take advantage of discount coupon had received in the email the day before. As a matter of fact receive almost daily emails to that address. Cashier made no attempt to solicit help from store manager and I was running short on time so just paid full price. Worse yet cashier never said thank you when transaction was completed. Receipt number is #14829. Let it be known they have lost any business in the future since this laptop plus two others were purchased from staples and an IPAD am purchasing tomorrow.
