I have asked her at least 3 times to ring the doorbell when we have packages, because some are vitamins and sometimes food. She also leaves packages in my garage when the door is open, I have found packages on my garbage can, on the floor near my garbage can and on top of my car. She only has to walk another 20 steps to my front door AND RING THE DOORBELL. I would like our previous carrier Kitty to come back to this route, apparently, she had it for 20 years and she was very good, we all know her and like her. Please remember many people who live in this retirement community are in their 70s, 80s, and even 90s.

The delivery people I encounter are hustling, but not too busy to say good morning. There are three at the counter that I interact with fairly regularly; the tall funny man who teases that he is charging you when he's not, the kind woman who checks to see how heavy my packages are because she knows that I'm walking, and the impressive woman who has all of our faces and post office boxes memorized and greets you by name. I saw that there were only two reviews and felt that they definitely did not represent my experience. I want to thank all of these community workers for delivering our mail with a smile despite the frustrations that come with every job.

Facility is generally clean. I constantly get somebody else's Mail who has a PO Box two numbers from mine. Constantly!! They usually have one or two people at the front desk, so showing up at the wrong time can mean one heck of a wait. This is fairly sad as I can remember when they built this post office new.

Jolene specifically is an amazing woman and is always super kind and helpful. Over the busy holidays I had two letters get lost and appearantly they ended up at this location, and Jolene was a huge life saver!! She was able to find both of them and sent a call saying they could be picked up!! The lines can be long sometimes but they always are moving pretty quickly. Parkings easy enough to get in and out of and theres multiple neighborhood signs helping you find the post office. I prefer this location over the Santa clara post office.

I find it crazy during the holidays they only have two cashiers sometimes three, however one is almost always doing passports. I do love this location does passports. I have never seen four cashiers here which is a full amount, so the line gets very very long especially right now, morning, noon or night. Two they can get your items where they need to be with no issue you might just have to wait awhile in line. There is a self service kiosk, but for somethings you just want a human to help you. Definitely in need of an update on the inside. I do miss and wish they still had an employee at "The Postal Store" inside. There has never been anyone working that counter anymore. It definitely would benefit the post office in sales and speed and efficiency. This post office I do have to say always has the most supplies out of the other post offices around.

Seven years ago we hired McKenzie Disposal to remove some wood debris from a job site, the total…read morecost for this service was supposed to be around $200. After they removed the dumpster, we were shocked to get a bill for around $700! When we called, they said the home owner put a garden hose in the dumpster, so it was no longer wood debris, and they charge $500 more for garbage than they do wood. Rather than asking me to remove the garden hose, or spent five minutes themselves removing the garden hose they just decided to charge an extra $500. I called the owner and asked him why they did this, and he just offered to split the difference and only charge me $250. Okay, I'm still not happy but I appreciated the offer and promptly paid. Fast forward seven years, and I call to order another dumpster, and the owner tells me that for seven years he has been upset that he gave me a $250 credit, and that he will never again work with me again. Anyway, the guy seems to generally run a pretty disorganized and unprofessional business, if you have any other options I would suggest you use them.
