All employees including the Owner/Manager always greet you and make sure you feel welcomed. The owner is always there and always helping customers, this guy is great! UPS is a bit pricey but worth it when you come to this location.

Usually, if you want to deliver a package overnight to the East Coast, any fedex has a cut-off time of 5:45, no exceptions. If you come here, though...they'll make an exception. The reason that this place is awesome...they take your packages if you're a little late. The Fedex in downtown is pretty awesome, too, they'll try to help you if you call in and need help. It really just depends on the employees, but I find that all of the people here are really helpful and not snotty. They have the latest pick-up time as well...anywhere else is around 5:15-5:30. This may not be a big deal for you..if you're not overnighting stuff everyday. But since I'm always rushing here, breathly, with a bunch of boxes like a nutty woman, trying to get here by 6 pm...it is a life-saver. Otherwise I have to drive to the airport Fedex. p.s. There are no dogs outside, no fence blocking the way, no code. It's literally just a house. Customer service said they'd priority it and try to send it back same-day. Of course it didn't happen. They used OnTrac to deliver it. I got a message saying it was undeliverable because an access code was needed, which was incorrect. There is a directory they can use to buzz themselves in if they were knowledgeable and trained delivery personnel. I was furious because I was staying at my parents' house because of the Boyle Heights fire and wanted to leave the air purifier running in my apartment for a few days before going back. I made a complaint to an online representative. I didn't get my package until DAYS LATER because these people were too lazy to do their job. Totally unacceptable. Then I ordered boxes recently from Walmart because I was moving. 2nd time I get OnTrac--again, the same note: undeliverable because an access code was needed. WTF! Again, the exact same thing!!! I am moving and needed my boxes. I ended up having to go to the store to get boxes instead. Then, when the package was finally delivered, the box was already opened--the tape had been cut. The delivery driver even confronted me because I had left an angry note about not receiving my package. My apartment number was clearly on the shipping label. He stated my unit number was missing perhaps to cover his ass. There was also tape that had been put over all the loose cardboard and written on it missing unit number .
