Dolores is one of the rudest petiole I have ever met. I have had several interactions with her and have provided the worst customer service. Lack luster customer service. I'd rather visit the DMV before coming back here. Upon arrival I was happy to see that this location wasn't busy and 2 employees (most I've been to lately only have 1). After my experience I see why this location wasn't busy. One employee was helping the only other customer and the other employee began to shuffle stuff around to appear busy. I handed the employee my letter and requested to know the amount of postage needed, after answering 5 questions I incorrectly entered the wrong selection on the final screen and the employee was extremely irritated. This place is so bad for our business. USPS messed up our forwarding address after we moved offices six weeks ago. I have been in several times to find the missing mail as nothing has been forwarded. Denia was supposed to call me within 5 days and has not. Her colleague gave me her number but hobody ever picks up. When I asked why, i was told since covid they don't have enough staff to answer the phone (so why was I given a number that never gets answered). I went in again today and saw the first person who gave me incorrect information and he was willing to look me in the face and say that he'd never worked in that branch before, so it couldn't have been him. I have been in two days this week and both times missed Denia who had gone home early. There is no desire to give customers service or sort out any problems. I had dropped off six manilla folders, that we're already self-stamped, by the amazon.com label. I had given the six Manila envelopes to Mike, a postal worker, that had to work behind the counter, and he became enraged, because he demanded that next time I need to submit a special form, because I was wasting his time by giving him the extra folders for him to mail. I already had filed a complaint with USPS. If you have any complaints with this post office, or the workers they need to be held accountable. read more

I urgently need to apply for a passport and luckily this location was an accepted facility to do so. They're available to do so from M-F between the hours of 12-2pm and you don't need an appointment! Which is better for me since I was able to just walk in during my lunch. Everyone was friendly and it wasn't too busy during lunch. Horrible post office, horrible customer service, horrible carriers. I call to check on packages that lag on delivery and they NEVER answer the phone. I pay them a visit personally and they say they can't find my package. I go back the next day and suddenly it appears! This is not one time that this has happened it's been about 5 times and I'm not exaggerating. I'll be sure to request my packages be shipped via Fed- Ex or UPS. USPS SUCKS especially this one. WORST customer service I've ever experienced at any postal office!! The customer service representatives are extremely rude and lazy. Don't expect anything but the absolute minimum effort from this place...if that. Delivered my package to the wrong address, my neighbor was kind enough to return it to me, they have done this twice before and makes me worry about my important mail, they really need to do more training or hire efficient personal. This Post Office is one of the worst I ever stepped into someone please shut this place down please. It's such a Half Ran Post office. Do not ever get a P.O Box here as they give u a Los Angeles Zip Code. I never once got my mail. The Representative there Let me know none of my mail would be messed with. However even after I had talks with the Reps. They still would send my mail back to my old address. A horrible place that needs to be shut down. SUPERVISER can care less how place is ran. Anyways I'm done here got half my money back for box. And closed it. Yes they charged me $40 for one week for getting no mail. On 09/06 I scheduled a pickup for the following day for an international package. Confirmation #: WEC172424408. They emailed me on 09/07 stating, "We have successfully completed your Package Pickup." It's now 09/09 and we still haven't gotten a pickup and these losers are not picking up their phone. TERRIBLE customer service. They should all be fired. read more

They do a pretty good job. The only issue I've ever had was when I requested a personal letter to a family member be hand cancelled. The clerk said he couldn't do it. I tried to explain that the recipient is an avid stamp collector and likes hand cancelled letters for his collection. Other than that the clerks do a pretty good job. read more

Gail went above and beyond for me!!! I had questions about a packaged i ordered. I couldn't provide her with the correct tracking code for her to look up my package, so she called another place herself to get the correct tracking number for us!! She helped me hunt down my package and with success she located it!! I'm very very blown away with how sweet and soooo helpful she was!! All new people working here from who I remember. Needed to obtain a forwarding address for a business that I am suing and they skipped. I did the required sending a letter address to this business with a "return service requested" but never received it with forwarding address. I called the post office in the business area and was told they don't give out that information over the phone but could get it going to any post office. So I went here in Commerce where my business is located. Even before I finished telling the clerk what I needed he told me they could not give out that information. Long story short, the clerk was rude, uncooperative. I said there is a Freedom of Information that one should be allowed to get a business address and he said no that he could get in trouble it would be as if someone was trying to find me. No I said, I am a business not an individual. I will not go here again. read more
