This is often the "daytime hangout", where we can stand around and keep Merri company and talk about the gossip around town after we've picked up our mail, or as we are waiting for our packages to be located. This is one of the reasons why I love our town so much, and it is amazing how just one little post office can make a huge difference. It was built in the 1960's and is sandwiched between historic buildings.

She refused- she knew it did not arrive because the # would have been undeliverable, but she not only said NO she was very rude...I could not wrap my head around her reluctance in helping a customer prove a package did not arrive when in app it says it was delivered (it was an item worth 28$ it not like it was that big of deal ) but her rude attitude toward me was very unprofessional and made it a big deal. But I will say again all the other ladies in Buckley post office are very kind and helpful. And I have worked with the public so I know a person could have a bad day, but on my worst day I would never treat a customer as horribly as she she did me.

They simply repeated what the scan showed -- "delivered in mailbox" -- even though I never received it. They also told me they couldn't knock on doors to check who might've received the wrong key. That day, only three parcel lockers were open. If my package was misdelivered, one of those boxes would have received my key. If not, then the key was never placed in my mailbox at all. So where did my package actually go? Unfortunately, they closed the case immediately with no real investigation and no follow-up. This experience has left me unable to trust them with my deliveries. And based on previous reviews, this kind of issue has happened to others as well. I cannot recommend this post office for resolving misdelivered packages -- they take no responsibility when things go wrong.
