The second time I came with my mom (who was the one being abused) but apparently emergencies only happen between 8am-4pm so they were closed. There were two officers in vehicles parked outside. So I tried to approach them while still leaving distance for their safety. But one showed me a"hold on finger" and the other fully showed me his hand. Like hold on, he was also yelling at someone looked like he was on the phone, just angry. So we patiently waited there for 10-15 min in the February 38 degree weather. But to no help. Protector and serve is NOT what they do. No wonder why people hate cops. They don't even make time for a question. My mom just came out of a DV situation with my father. My mom needs her medication and had nothing with her when she ran away. These people are useless and I guess I just have to figure it out myself.

He immediately got out of control. His name is Chad Chapman. He pulled me out of my car. Again, I had committed no crime unless the spoken word is now a crime, and he threw me in the back of his car (basically kidnapping me). Oh yeah, not before manhandling me. I asked for his supervisor who eventually showed up. His supervisor whose actual name is Sgt. Sargent, threatened me with arrest if I did not apologize. Basically this took away my first amendment rights. He also did not read me my rights. Therefore my 5th amendment rights were also subverted. This has been psychologically damaging to me and as a women they got away with harassment, assault and kidnapping very easily. I tried reporting to internal affairs and nothing happened. I called again and no callback. I requested the report on this stop and funny how there is no report. I had got my phone out to record this before I was assured and got a little bit of the interaction. I guess I'll have to file a lawsuit when all o was looking for was an apology! Disgraceful!!! Don't trust these people!

I'm leaving 3 stars because I feel fortunate to leave in a county with multiple libraries that have…read morelots of books and movies. Getting help is spotty. The librarians usually seem to be studiously ignoring patrons and I just used the online resource to ask a librarian a question. She told me to go to another source online which must have left a step out since it didn't work the way she said it would. When I went back for more information, I got a snarky answer in return with a # I could call. The system also told me I would get an appointment time with the answer to my question. I got this email twice and when I asked why I was getting emails I would get an appointment time when I didn't request one (and just wanted a simple answer) she said it was a blip I should ignore. She obviously had no intention of providing anyone with the feedback that inappropriate emails were being sent out. I'm tired of being given inaccurate infx and then without apology being told to ignore it. Being helpful to customers used to be a major or the major job of a librarian and a few years ago they did it with a smile.

Called on 12/29 to make an apt after not being able to do so online and waited 1hr on the phone…read morejust for someone to finnaly answer and then hang up on me as soon as they got on the line I called back again and waited an hour and ten minutes just for the lady to be snappy and rude for just answering basic questions ( that's her job) and then asked me to call back when I had all the necessary information to call back (which I totally understand) Called back a third time with all the necessary information ( an hour and a half wait) only then for another lady to answer and when she asked why I wanted an apt the lady told me that I should refer to their website and when I said I looked wasn't able to find the answer she said she would be able to explain it to be over the phone rather than giving me an appt and when I mentioned I rather to be able to do it in person as there would be questions with the entire application process she said she would not be able to schedule me and apt and then hung the phone up on me! I really don't ever take the time to write reviews but this got my blood boiling. I am sure I will be able to find the answers and get outside help to make sure benefits are filed properly but it's unacceptable that you can't easily make an apt online and then have the workers refusing to give people the help they need. Let alone the poor attitude from everyone helping today, you could feel the hate for their job through the phone .

The social security administration has no phone number to call. When you walk into the building there is a very nice guard who tells you that you can take a number and then he powers down. Like, "Yea, sure, you can live here until we close." Right on brand, very cold, kindless place. The DMV isn't too bad anymore, maybe this place could rebrand like that too.
