Called on 12/29 to make an apt after not being able to do so online and waited 1hr on the phone…read morejust for someone to finnaly answer and then hang up on me as soon as they got on the line I called back again and waited an hour and ten minutes just for the lady to be snappy and rude for just answering basic questions ( that's her job) and then asked me to call back when I had all the necessary information to call back (which I totally understand) Called back a third time with all the necessary information ( an hour and a half wait) only then for another lady to answer and when she asked why I wanted an apt the lady told me that I should refer to their website and when I said I looked wasn't able to find the answer she said she would be able to explain it to be over the phone rather than giving me an appt and when I mentioned I rather to be able to do it in person as there would be questions with the entire application process she said she would not be able to schedule me and apt and then hung the phone up on me! I really don't ever take the time to write reviews but this got my blood boiling. I am sure I will be able to find the answers and get outside help to make sure benefits are filed properly but it's unacceptable that you can't easily make an apt online and then have the workers refusing to give people the help they need. Let alone the poor attitude from everyone helping today, you could feel the hate for their job through the phone .

I ended up having to come back to finish my transaction so was there two different times and both times, there wasn't another worker that I could even hear in the back. When she needed a form that she was out of she had to phone someone. She should not have had to work without some support but she was incredibly pleasant regardless. I was very impressed with her skill in both customer service and knowledge of her job including all the things needed for each person and package. As I got over to the right lane to make a right hand turn on a yellow light - car next to me went through the yellow light too only he went straight and I turned right. I got a ticket in the mail for running a red light so I go to review my dashcam, go through it and sure enough, I went through two yellow lights, even the ticket shows a yellow lights. BUT, after researching it further, evidently. there was a red light "arrow" over on the sidewalk for this specific lane. 1. I was looking up at the two lights above that were TURNING yellow at the time I made the right hand turn, always look to verify no one was coming from the left or across the way. 2. Why on earth would the light on the sidewalk be red BEFORE the other two lights above? 3. Why would all three lights not be in sync? 4. Why is there no signs alerting drivers to a THIRD light for the right hand lane is on the the SIDEWALK and that you have cameras on that specific lane....seems like a set up. I am 55 years old and have a flawless, and I mean flawless driving record, and I sincerely believe I was innocent as I made a legal right hand turn on a yellow light. It's beyond me, why there is a need to have a third light off to the side on the SIDEWALK that would be red BEFORE the other lights turn red (NOTE: THIS LIGHT is much lower that the other two lights) This was unfair to have to pay $124.00 for taking a right hand turn on a two yellow lights. AGAIN, two out of three lights were yellow. NO REASON FOR THE TURN LANE TO BE RED BEFORE THE OTHER LIGHTS TURNED RED. This was their response...."I agree, the lights for the straight ahead traffic were amber at the time you made your turn, however the light controlling your lane was red. Also, I reviewed many "3 light set-ups" like this in my town of Vancouver WA and they are ALL in sync, I can't find even one sidewalk light that is RED before the other two turn red. Many sidewalk lights or right lane lights are green while the other two are red but never red before the other two turn red. To me...this three light setup is DECEPTIVE and it going to get unsuspecting drivers every time. BUT, this is REVENUE for the City of Puyallup.

The help has always been friendly and accommodating. We took our younger grand-kids there to get them cards and the staff made them feel very important.. They had his house surrounded, roads blocked off and the entire Fife PD there with their guns drawn on him ordering him to come out with hands up. Also there was a article in the Tacoma News Tribune that the Fife PD writes the MOST tickets in the State of Washington, more tickets then even Seattle, Tacoma or Spokane PD!

This is a very nice memorial. It's right next to Milton Community Park. There is a little walkway…read morethat leads up to the memorial wall. Just before you get to the wall there is a small water fountain with a memorial plaque. Then the wall itself is made all from brick, with each brick inscribed with one of our fallen troops. This memorial nestled on top of a hill that runs down into the park is a place to sit on the benches and comtemplate what someone is willing to give to protect his/her country. What I thought was also pretty cool is that there is an Arlington Oak, grown from an acorn from Arlington national cemetary and planted at the 11th hour of the 11 day of the 11 month of the 11th year of the 2nd milennium. It's just a short walk down the hill to the oak which is completely surrounded by a barred bird cage type apparatus for protection from vandals. Everything (the memorial and the oak) are on CCTV so smile you're on camera.
