I then proceeded to mention I needed to also mail something off. he then asks for my ID. was in a hurry and only had my military ID at the moment and without hesitation says they don't take a GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID! like how is that possible when it says online you do?!?! he said it's policy. this guy literally is a waste of space and wants to part in providing customer service. I will not stop reaching out until this gentleman is fired. making up rules to avoid helping.
