Several complaints have been made due to the carrier believing a package is undeliverable when there is no reason (even in summer after 1 of the 2 expected packages had been successfully delivered). Now I'm dealing with a missing package because this carrier has also taken it upon themself to forward my package to a new (unknown) address, saying the original address is incorrect though I've called the post office and confirmed the original address on the label is actually correct. Please hire someone willing to do this job properly. An able bodied person with a decent work ethic would really have no problem delivering packages to my house as is proven in that I have never had problems with UPS or FedEX delivery personnel.

"Go to Marquette street office." Marquette street office? "Need to talk to the people on 2nd street." Postmaster's phone? Cannot leave a message. Transfer? Cannot leave a message. Called back to Marquette street - oops, staff member just left for the day. In the meantime, I lost a document that will cost me more than $v 500.00 to replace, plus all other costs associated with the six month delay in getting the copy... And nobody assumes responsibility!
