Worst mail carriers in the Whole United States!! Been down to joke of a post orfice ' repeatedly ' in the last two years saying ' wtf' happened to my mail?called Post Master two times complaining about Super Shit Service!! Even that pos wont return a phone call to the assbackwards shitty city!! Not even after calling repeatedly!! And i asked about the JOKE of mail service,and was told just How Useless- the mail carriers here really are!! I called and no one answers the phone. I have been waiting nearly two months to get an answer on placement of our mailbox.

Never get my mail at a decent hour and .90%of the time I never get most of my mail . Worst mail service ever was good back in 2017 thru 2019 now it's awful. You call and get lied too. No customer service. read more

Rich, the postmaster, at the Fulton, IL post office refused to deliver a package to a customer because he claimed that there was insufficient postage for the package. He wanted to charge the receiver, $5.26. I, the sender, absolutely paid enough postage on the package which was a 10"x10" poly mailer that was 3oz in weight. How could I have not paid enough postage when my local post office sent it out! And to top it off, the 1st Class package took 13 days to arrive in Fulton, IL from Surprise, AZ. Rich, you must be a very unhappy person to hold up a 1st class package that was already being held up in the USPS postal system. I want to commend you on your excellent customer service. And you wonder why the post office gets a bad wrap. A couple bad apples ruin it for the hardworking people who work their butts off! read more

Zero stars. The delivery manager was nothing but rude. I wanted to know exactly how my address was in their system and they were refusing to give it to me. Stating that "we don't keep records of where people live." He then printed out a paper showing the paperwork that showed that I did a change of address that was photo copied but refused to give me the copy. With no explanation as to why I couldn't have it. It seemed pretty simple, like I have done so many times before: send official document via Priority Mail to a specific address. Instead of using the mailing address, they deliver it to a person who has the same surname. Since this is an official document, I need to know where it is and how to get it back. Enter Peggy, the passive-aggressive person who only answers the phone, and doesn't know answer to anything other than the world is an imperfect place.
