The only payments you should ever make are directly to the Department of State and the passport acceptance facility in-person. So many people have paid hundreds of dollars to FedEx only to find out they still have to pay the actual fees. Only trust travel.state.gov for legitimate passport information.

FedEx needs to improve the way their drivers deliver packages to homes. The drivers get paid to put your packages next to your door for your convenience. Bat nay they put it 5 or 6 feet away from your door so that they don't have to do a lot of work themselves. That in my book is being down right lazy. I know they receive really good pay for their jobs. I think they should be deducted maybe money for not doing their jobs right I am a disabled person and my package was set at the end of my deck out of my reach. I called and complained before and was told hey call a friend or family member to help you. I shouldn't have too if it was put next to my door.
