When he noticed our phones were draining quickly he offered us use of a wireless charger ("This is a phone store. We've got chargers!") By now the store was packed and people were waiting. We never felt rushed nor pressured to spend any amount of money at all. We walked out brand new Verizon customers leaving behind 18 years at us cellular and 4 new phones with unlimited data for $60ish more than we had been paying for 2 lines and 5 gigs at us cellular.

However, Polly is the epitome of patience. Whatever I wanted, that's what she did her best to make happen. The work they did is exceptional. The concrete foundation looks very good. The marker itself is exactly what I wanted and looks ever better than I thought it could. I was happy to be able to go see it this summer. It leaves me feeling more comfortable knowing that's taken care of. Again, they did a terrific job. I don't give many 5-star reviews, but they deserve it.

I thought he had called me a cab when he handed me the phone, so I told the guy what had happened and he said he could send someone out in 20 minutes. It was only after I got off the phone that I realized I had spoken to a bike shop! Sure enough, in 20 minutes a young fellow appeared in a pickup and loaded my bike and me for a ride back to Muscatine. They fixed my problem, adjusted my bike and checked everything over before turning me loose with a $26.00 bill. I tried to argue that it wasn't enough but he would have none of that. I convinced him to take a tip and then he walked me out with my bike and saw me on my way. If you ever find yourself in need of a bike or mechanical repair, there is none better than these folks!
