The one I got was rude and said just txt me your info and I'll try to come out today. Never messaged me back. He didn't bother asking if we could schedule a time. Which I would have been more than happy to have done. Felt like I was bothering him and his huffs and puffs while talking to him made it to where I didn't want to use them. I dont recommend them. They're refusing to refund me. I was not told or shown anything regarding this during installation. I have been paying via auto-pay and honestly just trusted that my bill was accurate. Very poor customer service in this regard. I will be switching my provider and looking into small-claims court. Extremely disappointing since I grew up with this company. Apparently it's gone downhill without Frances then JR. Also, I've never had great experience with their internet quality. I know some have, however. Most expensive internet in the area with marginally better service.
