Their system is notoriously unreliable, with internal accounts often not displaying and errors consistently occurring when trying to access online banking. There is absolutely no transparency or notification regarding these issues; they occur randomly and without any consideration for their customers. I'll be switching to a different bank because this issue has become redundant.

We were greeted instantly when we walked in with a "hello, how can I help you?". Said we were here for TSA fingerprinting and were told to sign in and she would be right with us. Which she was, even before we were done signing in. So friendly and informative, she answered our questions before we even asked! We were in and out in 10 minutes, forms filled out and fingerprinted. She almost made it fun!! I recommend Milan License & Title strongly, wishing Iowa had similar, as there were no lines. Nor grumpy agents like a DMV office!! Thank you for fine service.
