The entire day was blocked just to get estimates. That means I would need another full day blocked to obtain services. The contract sent to me was for monthly services despite being told I only wanted one annual service. When I contacted them about the issue, they said the contract was for one service, but the contract showed monthly services with a financial penalty if I cancelled. Cody offered recommendations on shingle products and set up a time for us to visit the building supplier so we could review our options. His quote for the roof didn't require us to pay anything out of pocket and his roofing crew did an excellent job cleaning up the job site during and after each day's work. His crew completed our large roof in two days and Cody came out personally each day and at the end to walk the job site, pick up debris, and address a few minor concerns.
