Jake is a perfectionist and stayed with each job until it was completed to his and our satisfaction. He worked extra hours to assure that the entire job was completed on time , working into the evening on one day and coming over even on a Sunday to complete the job because he had another job scheduled for the next day. He cleaned up after himself and made sure things were back in order before he left each day. I cannot say enough good things about his work and we will be calling him in the future whenever we need something else done. I can highly recommend Jake and Picture Perfect. If you are looking to have your job done well and on time Picture Perfect is the place to call.

Jeff and his great crew went the extra mile to make my interior paint job an excellent experience and we are so pleased with the results. On time every day of the two week project, very careful in keeping areas clean daily and they put in the prep time needed to guarantee the final coat will look good. I had some areas I wanted patched to delete some speaker mounts on a very textured wall, amazed that I can't even tell where they were now. Jeff and his crew handled all my needs, wallpaper removal, 25 foot cathedral ceilings, extensive trim work. Don't bother looking for mistakes or defects, Jeff will have found them and put them on the fix-it list for his crew before you have time to mention it to him. 100% satisfied!

These people have no respect for your property. I have to wonder if they've paid for their google…read morereviews. I know they've gotten my review hidden there. I wonder how many others. The quality of their work is shockingly low and they did a LOT of damage while in my home. Their website gives an impression of expertise, but beware. I hired them to extract insulation so I could have the attic inspected. I told them I left bad reviews for people who did sloppy work and didn't fix their issues, but this was the first time I experienced this ridiculousness. As for the ceiling, I heard a very loud bang when they were doing the insulation removal, but I still had them replace the ceiling. They charged me for replacing 2 drywall sheets in the ceiling and suggested I not be there when the did it due to my allergies. When I realized later they hadn't done any more than jack it up and screw it back in (and popcorn over the screws), I also realized they just wanted to make thousands for an hour's work. They did a terrible job and did more damage to my house than the job was worth - not just the paint they got all over the siding, deck, and patio. They duct taped plastic to my painted walls, stripping them of paint taking it down. Who does that? They scraped my stairwell ceiling with their equipment and then painted a stripe over it to try and hide it. The attic sealing they did was no where near sealed. Check out the picture of the chimney pipe they said they sealed. Foam on one side is sealed? They covered an opening into the living space with vinyl planks instead of wood - but they told me they did wood. They left gaps and insulation went down into my air return. How much? Who knows. I'd say they owe me money.

I was not trying to bash this business, but I posted a review on Google today and the company said…read moreI was fake. Now I know I need to expand. The company is unscrupulous and it just isn't ok. They disavowed ever having worked with us. Take it for whatever it is worth. This wasn't an effort to rate them low, but then they disavowed us as clients. The review is real. The work was not nearly as high-quality as we would have hoped for with the cost. As far as we could tell, they did not do more than a primer on the walls. There were many detail-related issues that fell short. The contractor was really never on site. It was very rarely that he came to check on the work of his team. Mostly he just was not there to see if his crew was doing quality work. He would come after they left and then say he would tell them later. He was never there at the same time as him as far as we know. We had a bathroom remodeled and the paint they used was not suited to be used over a shower, as the ceiling above the shower immediately began peeling upon use. It looks awful and started looking awful right away. There are multiple areas where we had to fix them on our own. They touched up areas of the paint with a different paint than the first paint, so you can see patches. The crawlspace door, for example, was so poorly re-attached after painting it, that it fell off almost immediately. The wet bar was installed such that when they reconnected the pipes, it leaked and flooded part of the basement and ruined some of the brand new floors they had just put in. We needed to replace the kickplate on the cabinet under the sink due to the water damage. Every time we pointed something out that had not been done, they said it was supposedly not what we initially said we wanted. Be VERY specific about what you want, down to the small details. Document it. In addition, they told us they might fix stuff, but they had no time to come back later due to other pending jobs. And it took FOREVER to finish. The price would have been fine overall, but considering how much we had to address on our own, we are not at all satisfied with what we got for the money. It is not ok to have to follow up on a full remodel and have to fix stuff on our own after the fact. To summarize, the basement is better than it was before, but not nearly as good quality of the work we thought we would get. Would not recommend. This job cost us $23k. We felt like we were just a space-filler job between other more important and profitable jobs to them, and the end result was an obvious testament to their "quality" and "flawless" work. We would have persisted about the inadequacy in the work, but by the time it was done, we were over it.
