I hired this company to do a quick flip on an investment property in order to get it ready to be…read morerented out. I had them do a bid for paint, flooring, lighting and electrical switches and sockets. When I signed the bid, the job was estimated to be completed in two weeks. They began work on August 12,2024 and as of today, November 5, 2024 the job is not even half way completed. When they came to bid the job, the only discussion we had revolving money was how much the job was going to cost. On the day they showed up to begin work, they told me that they actually expect half of the money up front. As hesitant as I was to do that, I needed this job completed within a timely manner so that I could get renters in asap, so I fronted them half of the money after a few days of them working there. Once I gave them the money, they hardly showed up, wouldn't return my texts or calls for weeks and now have completely ghosted me and this project. I am now left with a house not even half-way remodeled, losing money every single day this house goes unfinished and now having to find someone who will be willing to step into this job and finish it. If you are looking to have any work done to your home, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

The flooring is already separating (which I have now had a professional tell me because he did not install it properly the first time) as this was done less than a year ago and should not be separating. I would not have him come back to fix the work as is anyway. He was unprofessional, and late and his behavior was very erratic and made me feel uncomfortable as a single mom. He also did not have adequate tools to perform this minimal work. He borrowed my rubber mallet I had on hand and then it went missing after. Please do not get scammed by this very un-professional scam artist.
