I called two courier services without success before calling Stammer. Amy took my call, listened to my crisis, and within two hours had received my document by email, printed it, and delivered it to the court with time to spare. My only criticism is that she didn't charge me enough for the value she provided... but I fixed that. I only gave Stammer five stars because I was not allowed to give them six.

The week I was supposed to move brought bad weather. I had a long gravel driveway and expressed to Eric that his truck may not make it through on moving day and that we should reschedule. He assured me that it would. On moving day they spent in total almost 2 hours trying to get the truck in and out of the driveway. They were not able to take my mower or other lawn equipment on the truck and offered a flatbed at an additional cost. I had no faith that the flatbed would be able to get in/out of the driveway with the snow so I decided to call on a later date for the equipment. His crew cracked my headboard and left cigarette butts at both houses. When I contacted him about moving the lawn equipment in April he did not respond.

Two guys were sent from Bolton Logistics to deliver the couch. They were, number one, unprepared because they didn't have the tools to do the job, and, number two, unable to strategize to properly get the couch into the house. They put in effort for maybe 25-30 minutes and then gave up saying they could not get the couch into the house. It was a standard couch and a standard doorway, which I told both of them, and it should not have been a major issue. One of them even said taking the door off would have helped and then did not attempt to take the door off to help the situation. I had to cancel the couch from the store that I purchased it from because they were unable and unwilling to get the couch in the house. Not sure how Bolton is able to maintain a sustainable business with this type of inefficiency.

She called back in 20 minutes and said he would come to take a look at the unit within the next 2 hours. He came in 1 1/2 hours, tried restarting the refrigerator but it only ran for a few minutes; he had checked on electronic board availability and they are no longer stocked by the company. . He measured my refrigerator, gave me a suggestion when I asked, where to go to buy a new one. I thought he was highly responsive, polite, helpful even if he could not repair the unit.

She almost made it fun!! I recommend Milan License & Title strongly, wishing Iowa had similar, as there were no lines. Nor grumpy agents like a DMV office!! Thank you for fine service.
