Since I ordered the exact replica stamp as before (same file/same size) I reached out to see if I could get the correct size sent to me. I was told that I'd have to pay $5 to reprint the pad & if I wanted to return for refund I would have to pay shipping. Even though I made no mistakes in ordering? Make it make sense. I opted to pay the $5 in order to have the correct pad size sent to me. What arrived was too large. Since I use this product to stamp all the boxes for my business I NEEDED it to be the correct size for continuity. Majorly disappointed.

Nicely done and much appreciated. The stamp came, and it was unreadable. But they replaced it quickly with a beautiful stamp, so I'm very satisfied with their customer service and the quality of their product.
